The "DTOW Act (Digital Tattoo Overwrite Act)" has been enacted. It is a groundbreaking system that allows individuals to overwrite spread images with other images simultaneously, requiring only identity verification.

　A man who had once posted an embarrassing photo while drunk, which then spread across the world and made him a laughingstock, had been waiting for this day. "Let me overwrite my life..."
　The man applied with trembling hands and chose an image of his "pet dog" for the overwrite. However, in his desperate haste to erase it as quickly as possible, he sent an image he had edited to make his friends laugh without checking it first.

　A few days later, the application was approved. When the man opened his social media, he saw a "Shiba Inu doing its business." Moreover, only the face was still the man's. Images all over the world were simultaneously replaced with the "human-faced defecating dog."

　It spread with even more momentum than the original photo, and they even started making merchandise. The man held his head in his hands. "I thought I had overwritten it perfectly..."

　His friend, who heard the story, burst out laughing. "That's not an overwrite. That's just adding shame to shame."

　The man's smartphone is still vibrating with a storm of notifications.
