Whether human or monster, even if you fly off into the wide world, someday you will miss your hometown. This is one such story about the monster Hakuadon.
A pterosaur fossil discovered in the Mesozoic Cretaceous layer in Hiraiso-cho was suddenly revived by the shock of a lightning strike. It adapted to the modern environment, evolved rapidly, became the monster Hakuadon, and took flight into the sky. F-4EJ Kai fighter jets were dispatched from the Air Self-Defense Force's Hyakuri Base in Omitama City, but they were thrown into chaos by the monster, which possessed Mach 3.5 supersonic flight and incredible aerial maneuverability. Furthermore, a boy named Ryuta-kun, who happened to be there playing on the beach, was left stranded on the monster's back, making it impossible for them to attack. Hakuadon roamed the skies of Hitachinaka City as if it owned the place. Before long, a question arose in people's minds: if it can fly, why doesn't it leave Hitachinaka City? Through the analysis of paleontologist Dr. Hiraiso, it was discovered that the monster had a homing instinct, and the Self-Defense Forces set up positions on the Hiraiso coast. The monster returned to the Hiraiso coast to sleep once more, and Ryuta-kun returned safely. People grew even more fond of Hitachinaka City, a town loved by both humans and monsters.
Over a decade later, Ryuta-kun would return to his hometown of Hitachinaka City in glory as an up-and-coming paleontologist, but that is a story for another time.

Appearance story: EP12. "Ryuta-kun Rides a Monster"
Even if humans and monsters fly out into the wide world, they will eventually miss their hometown. This is one such story about the monster Hakuadon.
A pterosaur fossil found in the Mesozoic Cretaceous formation in Hiraiso Town was suddenly revived by the shock of a lightning strike. It adapted to the modern environment and evolved rapidly, becoming the monster Hakuadon and flying out into the sky. F-4EJ Kai fighters were dispatched from the Air Self-Defense Force Hyakuri Base in Omitama City, but they were at the mercy of the monster, which possessed Mach 3.5 supersonic flight and incredible aerial mobility. In addition, Ryuta-kun, a boy who happened to be playing on the beach, was left behind on the monster's back, preventing them from attacking. Hakuadon roamed the skies of Hitachinaka City as if it owned the place. Before long, a question arose in people's minds: why doesn't it leave the city when it is capable of flight? Paleontologist Dr. Hiraiso's analysis revealed that the monster had a homing instinct, and the Self-Defense Forces took up positions on the Hiraiso coast. The monster returned to Hiraiso beach and went back to sleep, and Ryuta-kun returned safely. People's affection for Hitachinaka City, a town loved by both humans and monsters, grew even stronger.
It is another story, however, that Ryuta-kun would return to his hometown of Hitachinaka City in glory as an up-and-coming paleontologist ten years later.
