Living with Bipolar Disorder and Myotonic Dystrophy: HP0-ko, Living with Zero Hit Points
Nice to meet you. My name is Hit Point 0-ko.
Commonly known as HP0-ko. My remaining HP is always zero.
🎮HP0
While living with bipolar disorder and a rare disease called myotonic dystrophy, I am somehow managing to survive every day with my mental and physical strength hanging by a thread.
I write about these days without making them too heavy.
I try to turn them into stories that you can laugh at as much as possible.
[What I write about]
・The "incidents" where I can't remember every morning if I've taken my medication
・Common mishaps during manic or depressive episodes
・The slightly inconvenient but somewhat funny daily life of living with a rare disease
I don't want to leave serious stories feeling serious.
If even one person who reads this thinks,
"Oh, I wasn't the only one."
"It's okay to be like this, I guess."
And if they can just let their guard down and relax a little,
then the HP of this note is already full.
[About updates]
I aim to update three times a week.
Sometimes I take a break depending on my health.
If updates stop,
please just think, "Ah, she's feeling a bit depressed right now."
I'll be fine. I'll come back again.
[If you follow me]
You'll receive new "incident reports" and "common mishaps."
I would be happy if I could connect loosely with you, who are also doing your best while hanging by a thread.
Please follow me if you'd like.
Let's keep living somehow, together, with zero HP.🎮HP0
