💞 The more hardworking you are, the more likely you are to overlook it. A story about noticing the "gap between mind and body" #6 | "Lighting a light in the heart..."
Welcome to the world of "clu" 🌠
Welcome to the world of "clutch" 🌃
I love daydreaming (^_-)-☆
Things you do casually in your daily life...
Especially when you are working hard...
I want you to read this (*^-^*)
I will be weaving stories that "light a lamp in the heart."
Your own story, spun from memos, voices, and diaries
I take notes on my daily realizations, speak them aloud, and write them in my diary.
It is an act of weaving your own unique story, as if gathering the light of your heart.
This time, I would like to unravel how such a wonderful habit of yours enriches your life...

1. Capturing the moment, small treasures called memos
Every day, we are exposed to vast waves of information and emotions.
In the midst of that, words or inspirations that suddenly come to mind ✨ can sometimes disappear in an instant, just like a shooting star 🌠 😊
(This might be a sign of the gap between mind and body.)
However, by quickly taking out a memo pad 📝 or writing it down in a smartphone 📱 memo app, that moment is etched forever.
It is an act of catching precious light ✨, like holding a star twinkling in the night sky 🌃 in the palm of your hand.
When you read it back later, the atmosphere and emotions of that time vividly return, making you think, 'Ah, I was feeling this way back then.'
When your heart is restless with impatience or anxiety, if you look at a note you wrote down before that says 'It's okay', your heart might feel a little lighter...
I believe a memo is your own little treasure that captures the moment and adds signposts to the map of your heart.

2. The magic of speaking out loud to amplify the resonance of the heart
Speaking your realizations out loud has a special power that is different from writing them in a memo. By speaking them, words become vibrations in the air, resonating from your ears back into your inner self.
Of course, it is the voice you are most accustomed to hearing💕
It is like a circulation where water from a spring welling up from the depths of your heart goes out once and returns back into you.
When you are alone, in a place where no one is around, or with someone you truly trust, try putting what you feel into words.
By doing so, vague emotions become clearer, and sometimes new realizations are born.
Speaking out loud also becomes a means to objectively view your own emotions and thoughts.
You can take a step back and look at yourself, thinking, 'Ah, so this is what I was thinking about just now.'
I think it brings a sense of liberation, like letting out the fog in your heart and breathing in fresh air.

3. Time to face yourself, a story called a diary
A diary is your own personal story that records how you feel each day and what events have taken place.
Just as the protagonist of a novel might calmly chronicle their daily events, or a character might put the subtle folds of their emotions into words, you are writing your own story, with yourself as the protagonist, a little bit every day.
Writing in a diary is also the act of looking back and organizing your day.
Things that made you happy, things that made you sad, things you wondered about...
By putting these into words, the waves of emotion become calmer, and confused thoughts begin to be organized.
And above all, what is most important is
that when you look back at that diary months or even years later, you will have a reunion with the
"past you" recorded there.
"I was worried about things like this back then," or "I was moved by such small things," you will realize,
you can notice the self that has changed over the flow of time, and the self that has remained the same.
That will become an irreplaceable guide to knowing what kind of journey you yourself have taken within the grand story of your life.

4. The nobility of continuing: Polishing your heart's barometer
Taking notes, speaking out loud, and writing in a diary are none of them special things.
But, continuing to do so daily.
There is great meaning in that very act of "continuing."
Because it is proof that you wish to remain constantly open to your own heart and to this world.
This world gives us new realizations every day.
The scent of the wind
The color of the sky
Someone's words
Or perhaps in just the silence
By sensing these things sensitively and giving them form, your mental barometer should be able to remain flexible and calm at all times.
Please continue to cherish and maintain that wonderful habit of yours.
I hope that this will be a sure step toward making the story of your own life deeper and richer✨

How was it? (*^-^*)
