Dysmenorrhea, back to the gynecologist. My thoughts on trying Yaz Flex
Today, I went to the gynecologist to get my prescription.
Until I actually went, I was still feeling nervous. A little scared.
The receptionist was the usual person, and the doctor was the same as always.
In fact, the consultation ended so quickly that I was caught off guard.
I was a bit surprised that my systolic blood pressure was 144 when measured during the check-up, as that's a number I don't usually see. Maybe it's because of the tension. Or maybe it's because my breakfast was high in salt.
My impression after taking one sheet of Yaz Flex is that there are no particular physical abnormalities, and mentally, I feel quite calm.
When I was seeing the doctor before, I was a smoker, so I was taking Dienogest, but even after taking it for over a year, the breakthrough bleeding didn't stop, which was the only disappointing point.
Even so, I worked hard every day while covered in fatigue, and honestly, even now, I think, 'I really worked so hard.'
Since I quit smoking during the year I wasn't visiting the clinic, I requested the pill at my last visit and have been taking Yaz Flex, which also has effects on mental health, and I'm relieved for now that it's having the expected effect.
Last month, before I started taking it, it was pretty bad; if I could manage to do just one chore a day, like washing the dishes or hanging out the laundry, that was a good day.
A while after I started taking Yaz Flex, I thought that back when I first went to the gynecologist saying, 'I think I have menorrhagia and my mental state is terrible,' I thought all my health issues were coming from anemia, but I realized I needed to revise that understanding.
Of course, I think the anemia caused by menorrhagia has an effect, but I also realized that there was definitely some emotional instability due to hormonal balance...
But why does the fatigue get so bad, too? That might be a question I still have.
I'm not sure if it's the effect of Yaz Flex stabilizing my mind or not, but I've become able to manage my housework relatively well.
I'm managing my fatigue by balancing physical movement and tasks that require thinking. Lol
I was told to have a cancer screening at my next visit, so I have to contact the city office...
Maybe I'll call this afternoon.
It takes a lot of effort to interact with people, and for some reason, it's very tiring...
I'll do my best to live today, too.
