[Rokkatei] May's Oyatsu-ya-san is Soufflé × Pudding

Rokkatei's Oyatsu-ya-san is available by reservation only at stores each month and can be picked up in-store for 7 days only.
May's set was a 3-flavor soufflé pudding assortment!

I had assumed they would be mini-sized, but they were the same as Rokkatei's regular steamed puddings.
Three cups, each about 9 centimeters wide, are lined up.
It's quite impressive.

First of all, the rich chocolate soufflé that is moist and melts away with a fizz is exactly to my taste!
Underneath that is a smooth, silky-textured chocolate pudding.
The milkiness of the pudding melts together with the chocolate soufflé, creating a blissful chocolate experience that is both creamy and rich.
My top recommendation!!

A creamy combination where the scent of vanilla spreads out.
With the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth cheese soufflé, the egg-rich custard pudding, and the caramel sauce, it is a truly classic combination with no surprises.

The bitterness of the coffee is combined with milkiness, creating a pairing that reminds me of a café au lait with reduced sweetness.
The soufflé in particular has a very distinct coffee flavor, and I think it will be popular in a different way than the chocolate one!

Once again, I am very satisfied with the Oyatsu-ya-san series.
I wonder if it could become a staple, or at the very least, I hope it reappears as a seasonal item!
