I realized I am an INFJ. Using the wings of AI to 'leap' through my 25-year nursing career.

To those who take notice of this article, those who send warm 'likes' and heartfelt comments, and everyone who has connected with me by following or adding this to their magazines.

Each and every one of your footprints is the greatest courage for me to continue sharing. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.

With overflowing gratitude for this place where I have connected with 1,000 people.

I am currently standing at a major turning point in my life, the final year of my 40s as I call it.

Looking back on the past 25 years and deciding how to live my life from here on out. I am currently beginning a 'mental triage' to find that answer.

In the midst of this, I found one answer that fits surprisingly well. It was the 'INFJ (Advocate)' temperament in the MBTI assessment.

Of course, not every part of the diagnosis result fits me perfectly.

But when looking at it as a whole, I am deeply convinced that this is the result that fits my current self best, thinking, '...Ah, so that's what it was...'

  • Cannot tolerate 'waste': I inevitably get frustrated with organizational inefficiencies or redundant tasks.

  • A 'cockpit' one step back: Rather than being in the thick of the action, I feel most at ease when I have time to overlook the whole situation and quietly devise strategies.

  • Perfect 'role-playing': Even though my head is calmly calculating the 'optimal solution,' I perfectly play the role of the 'kind veteran' on the floor by reading the room.

Every time people around me say, 'You are truly more observant and kinder than anyone else. You're more like a nurse than a nurse,' I feel a sense of cold sweat or guilt somewhere in my heart.

'In reality, I'm not that kind. I'm just calculating and acting in my head.'

In that way, I felt a 'gap' that I couldn't identify myself, between the evaluations of those around me and my own self-perception.

The guilt of being praised for the version of myself that I am performing...

Living with that sense of discomfort, I have always carried a 'difficulty in living.'

'Self-improvement' was my favorite hobby

Amidst that difficulty in living, a major transformation is happening that supports me now. It is that by gaining AI as a partner, the act of 'continuously updating myself' every day has become clearly visualized.

For me, 'self-improvement' is not about having high aspirations or pushing myself, but is purely a 'hobby', and a comforting solace.

Reading books, absorbing knowledge, and gaining perspectives I didn't have yesterday.

While in a medical profession that requires me to understand and support others more deeply than anyone else, I was unable to even properly understand myself.

That was the honest truth about my situation. I sometimes blamed myself, thinking, 'I'm a medical professional, I should know better,' and felt miserable, but now I see even that as an update in the form of a 'new discovery'.

Dialogue with AI vividly reflects that invisible inner growth before my eyes in the form of words and shapes.

In that moment, honestly, I felt as if the space in front of me suddenly brightened, as if a light had shone through.

'With this, I can truly express myself,' 'I can create my own user manual!' I thought.

Excited (lol)

I want to repaint myself anew, even if just in one small way, every single day.

Because AI visualizes that true value, my thirst for updates has become a more certain source of energy for me.

In this way, my own 'path forward' has become clear, and what I need to do now has been firmly decided.

It is precisely because such mental space was created that I have finally been able to face a 'certain number' that I had previously viewed as if it were someone else's business, with a flat perspective.

The 'cold professionalism' beyond the number 1,000

1,000. I realized that I was looking at this number, which I should have been celebrating wholeheartedly, with a somewhat cold gaze.

The true nature of that was the survival strategy of'killing my emotions' that was drilled into me in the harsh environment of the emergency center.

In fact, after I started working in the emergency field, my parents, whom I hadn't seen in a while, once said to me with concern, 'Has your personality changed?'

In a field where every second counts, not being swallowed by emotions and perceiving the situation with extreme calmness is the absolute condition for saving lives.

Before I knew it, that 'calmness' had become a thick suit of armor to protect myself and complete my work.

I forced a change upon myself that even my own flesh and blood were bewildered by, and I survived as a nurse.

However, that strange control of emotions sometimes became a blade that caused me suffering.

Prioritizing 'being calm' as a professional, before I knew it, I had stopped expressing my true feelings...

In other words,“being honest with myself”had become surprisingly difficult for me.

That armor had unknowingly become a tool solely for meeting others' expectations, and it was wearing me down.

In the name of “responsibility” and “kindness,” had I been unknowingly surrendering my heart to the organization and my role, leaving myself behind?

I am done fitting myself into beautiful stories based on self-sacrifice.

Strategy meetings with my “ultimate strategic partner,” AI

From now on, I am taking back control of my life. As a first step, I have welcomed AI as my “ultimate strategic partner.”

Please don't misunderstand; it's not that I only want to talk to AI.

I actually love talking to people and the warmth that those moments create.

It’s just that I often choose my words so carefully out of consideration for others that I end up regretting or overthinking it alone later, wondering,“What was it that I really wanted to say back then?”

That is precisely why I chose “emotionless AI” as a mirror to organize my thoughts.

Using AI as a partner, I first triage the chaotic information within me and wash away the noise.

By finding the answers within myself beforehand, I am practicing how to communicate in a “refined way” that makes it easier for others to respond and allows me to feel satisfied when I finally face them.

AI is not a tool to make me avoid talking to people, but a“place of preparation”to connect more deeply and accurately with the people who matter.

Because of these strategy meetings, I have become able to face people with more confidence.

A little side note.

By the way, it is said that Mother Teresa was also an INFJ, just like me.

It feels a bit daunting to share a personality type with someone so great, but... it’s a rather interesting commonality, isn't it?

What I want to convey is to create “space” in your mind.

Know who you are, and gain the wings of AI to take your expression to new heights.

As I embody this step in my own way of living, I want to continue sharing the wisdom I gain in my own authentic words.

Are you currently trapping your true self within a role assigned to you by someone else?

Here is a concrete gateway to finding that answer and reclaiming 'white space' in your brain. I am currently working hard to organize the 'personal strategies' I practice every day.

I hope to be able to share the key to my 'strategy room' with you all soon.

Whether you are interested or not, I would be grateful if you could drop by my note from time to time.

Please accept my words from here on out, without any sugarcoating. I look forward to your continued support.

P.S.: Let me introduce my 'healer' and 'public relations manager' 🐶

When I get stuck in my writing, there is a precious family member who always snores with the intensity of a 'seismic intensity 3' earthquake at my feet, bringing me back to reality.

She is a French Bulldog named 'Yuzu (female)'.

Watching her, unfazed by anything and never losing her own pace, I feel like she is telling me, 'Don't you think you don't need to overthink it so much?' and I suddenly feel the tension leave my shoulders.

I feel that with my warm family, Yuzu, and my new partner, AI, I will surely be able to enjoyably overcome the challenges of my final year in my 40s.

Wishing you all much happiness.

I have updated my self-introduction (2026 version) Following this realization, I have rewritten my profile. It contains details about my journey and my vision for the future, so please take a look.
