Not "How to do it," but "Who to do it with"
Hello.
I am Tatsuhito Hihara, Representative of Scrum Human Power.
Thank you for reading my article.
What is required of me now is "trust" and "challenge."
I acquired the trade name Scrum Human Power and developed a human resources business as a sole proprietor.
After a while, I felt the limitations of what I could do alone, so I presented my business development plan to a former colleague and asked for their cooperation.
As a partnership, we, as sole proprietors, joined hands to expand the business.
In the process, I realized that to overcome limitations, I needed new perspectives and the capabilities of new talent.
I realized that to go beyond my limits, I needed new perspectives and the abilities of new talent.
What are my inherent strengths?
What is important to leverage those strengths?
What could become a weakness in the newly developed business?
If I take on a challenge, what opportunities might there be?
Are future changes a threat to me?
What emerged from the SWOT analysis was an image of
"myself moved by achieving goals, dreams, and desires together with my colleagues."
To achieve a grand vision, the scope that I can control by myself is limited.
In rugby, once the game starts, the power of any single individual is limited.
Based on the spirit of "ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE," we focus not on how to do it, but on who to do it with.
When developing the business at Scrum Human Power, I became conscious of changing my questions.
When envisioning the future through social business, like many others, asking "How can I achieve this purpose and goal?" did not work.
Even if I knew how to do it, I hit a wall regarding who to do it with.
I felt that to incorporate Scrum Human Power and forge a future more firmly, I needed reliable colleagues.
"Think BIG!" To achieve this, who are the supporters?
I recruited supporters with maximum enthusiasm and utilized social media to the fullest to carry out activities that would have the greatest impact.
Now, one year after incorporation, more than 55 people are involved.
Why did more than 55 people gather in such a short period?
It is because there is "trust" in my heart.
I also have the "courage to delegate" and the "resolve to take responsibility."
In everything in life, there is not that much difference in "how to do it."
"Who you do it with" is the most important thing.
At Scrum Human Power, we do not compete with each other, but work with feelings of trust, respect, and gratitude.
By yielding to each other and showing respect, we will realize great challenges through the power of people!
