AI cat videos have evolved rapidly since their emergence in the latter half of 2024.
Late 2024: The dawn of the technology. Cats with strange movements became a hot topic on social media.
2025: An explosive trend on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. A fusion of the surrealism and cuteness unique to AI, such as "chaotic movements," "occupational roleplay," and "short stories," turned it into a global trend.
