Junior High School Graduation Celebration

I joined the tennis club in my first year of junior high, and since I teach 8 times a month,
that's 96 times a year, 96 times in the second year, and 24 times in the third year since they retire in July,
which adds up to 216 lessons, but due to rain, test breaks, and so on,
about 30% of them don't happen, so I suppose I actually teach about 150 times?

However, if there are many parents who just want their kids to enjoy club activities, it falls below 150,
but if there are many parents who are determined to support them, they can practice for over 200 days,
you know,

At the very least, 180 sessions are needed to win through the prefectural tournament,
so as a coach, I can tell when we're a little short,
but the students and parents don't realize it, so I am requesting that an outside coach be able to come in at least 8 times a month.

My students this time didn't quite make it to the prefectural tournament,
but I have so many memories of us practicing happily that it's sad to say goodbye.
First through third-year students and their parents gathered at an all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant
for a farewell party for the third-years, where we drank, ate, and talked together.

There were gifts for the third-years from their juniors and parents,
and conversely, the third-years gave gifts to the club advisor, Hero, and Kazu,
and we had a wonderful time.

Well, the high school entrance exam results will be announced in two days, but everyone looks relaxed.
I'm just praying they all pass.

Even after leaving the restaurant, everyone seemed reluctant to part and didn't want to go home.
One third-year student came up to me and said, "Coach, I want to go to night practice."
That makes me happy, because it means we can meet again and keep building memories.

From here on, you'll be going to high school, and I'm sure many dramas await you,
but if you experience many hardships, work hard, receive help from others,
and become high school students who can show gratitude, I believe you will definitely be happy.
Overcome the hardships, accumulate a sense of accomplishment, and go build your future.
