I would like to share my personal recommendations from the titles that started support this month and those scheduled for support.
"Kaede"
This is a love story adapted into a live-action film as a new narrative based on Spitz's masterpiece"Kaede".
Directed by Isao Yukisada, it stars Sota Fukushi and Haruka Fukuhara.
The story begins in the vast nature of New Zealand and delicately depicts the pain of losing a loved one and the beauty of "caring for someone."
The story progresses while holding a major secret.
The audio guide and subtitle guide alsofeature careful consideration in how characters are addressed and how information is revealed, allowing you to enjoy the film without losing the sense of gradually uncovering the truthwhich is another highlight.

"Avatar: Fire and Ash (Japanese Dubbed Version)"
The long-awaited latest installment in the"Avatar" series, which boasts the 1st and 3rd highest-grossing films of all time worldwide, was released on Friday, December 19.
The setting is the mysterious planet Pandora. In addition to the conflict between humans and the Na'vi, the story depicts clashes with the newly introduced "Ash People," unfolding on a scale never seen before.
I haven't seen this film yet, but I have memories of going to the theater with my family for both the first and second films, and I plan to go see this one with my family too!
HELLO! MOVIE is scheduled to support the Japanese dubbed version starting Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

The number of works supported by HELLO! MOVIE in 2025 was 150 titles! (Including commentaries and non-film works.) Continuing from last year, this has been the year with the most supported works since the launch of the HELLO! MOVIE service.
From big titles that rewrite the history of Japanese cinema, such as "National Treasure" and "Demon Slayer," to Western films like "Lilo & Stitch," live concert films, documentaries, and even stage performances shown at the Expo, being able to support a wide range of works regardless of genre or format makes us feel that this was a year where more people could enjoy movies.
