July 27, 2025 | Cycling through Copenhagen, the 'City of Cyclists'
I had heard that 'Copenhagen is a city of cyclists,' but
now that I'm here, I truly realize it's true.
The entire city is designed for comfortable travel by bicycle, and I was genuinely impressed.
Wide, easy-to-ride bike lanes and clear signage.
There are even dedicated traffic lights for bicycles, which are very reassuring once you get used to them.

⸻
The sidewalks are also spacious, making walking comfortable too.
I can feel that the whole city is gently designed
so that both cyclists and pedestrians can spend their time freely.🌿
It's as if the city is saying to me,
'Go ahead, move freely while feeling the breeze.'
as if it were calling out to me.

⸻
Except for the cobblestones, the roads are smooth and it's a pleasure to glide along.
How luxurious it is that the act of moving itself is so enjoyable.
I stopped by a park along the way to look at the colors of the leaves,
and today I also went to see the famous 'Little Mermaid'.🧜♀️

⸻
Yes, Denmark is the country where Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales were born.
A 'fairytale atmosphere' where a little fairy might pop out
drifts softly throughout the city.
Just riding a bicycle makes my heart feel light and happy.
It is such a wonderful city.🍀
