Career Consultant Training Course Now - I want to praise myself for taking action again
Three days ago, on Sunday, I finished exactly half of the Career Consultant Training Course (6 out of 12 schooling sessions). First, I want to say one thing.
I'm exhausted~💦
It's been 3 months since I decided to change jobs (resign) and 2 months since the school started; looking back, it went by fast. (Though it feels long while I'm actually in the sessions...)

Setting that aside, here are my thoughts so far.
I'm glad I took this course(^^♪
There are 3 reasons
① Interacting with other students is fun
② It is, as expected, educational
③ I can chat with the instructor about K-POP lol
① Interacting with other students is fun
Since people who aspire to obtain a national qualification have gathered here, it's easy for us to open up to each other. It's valuable to have met people I wouldn't have known just by staying within my own company, with a wide range of ages from their 20s to 60s and various professions. Two weeks ago, there was a 27-year-old (woman) in my group, she's the same age as my daughter lol
We always go to lunch together, and our group LINE is super lively!

② It is, as expected, educational
I had some confidence in "consulting/giving advice to others" based on my many years of experience guiding subordinates and juniors, but that was brilliantly shattered lol
In the end, I finally realized that until now, I had been forcing my own ideas and trying to solve problems with shortcuts. But how difficult it is to encourage a client's self-reflection and lead them to a solution. I get frustrated when the conversation doesn't progress...
I need to speed up my self-improvement.
③ I can chat with the instructor about K-POP (bonus)
When I shared the results of our group work in front of everyone, I included a little trivia about K-POP (BTS). Almost no one else understood what I was talking about, but only the instructor understood the meaning.
It turned out that the instructor is also a K-POP fan along with their own daughter, and since then, we've been having a blast talking about K-POP during breaks. A small pleasure♬
By the way, the teacher is going to the SM Town Live concert. I'm jealous~(^^♪
I wrote that it's fun, but,
The origin of taking this course is for my own career development.

That's truly amazing\(◎o◎)/!
Looking ahead, with my new job starting in August, there are challenges such as whether I can study for the qualification exam while handling new work, but this is alsoa path I decided to push myself into, and it's going as plannedas expected.
More than achieving my job change, I want to praise myself for first taking the "action" of job hunting, "action" and for challenging myself with the Career Consultant Training Course for skill improvement "action" I believe that the "action" of looking outward will become the foundation of my life from now on. "action"
Because you can build your career from any time and at any age

Thank you for reading my self-indulgent story to the end. Since I submitted my resignation and my work has slowed down (lol), I want to accelerate my career consultant studies as well.
