When you let go of 'trying hard,' the world begins to move gently. The mechanism of the 'life projector' woven by the heart and soul
'If I just try harder, the situation should change.'
To you, who have believed that and carried a heavy burden all alone, running desperately.
How much have you worn down your heart with that kindness and sense of responsibility?
While deeply studying ancient wisdom and the workings of the heart, I realized a shocking truth.
It is that,
'The reality before our eyes is nothing more than an image projected by our own hearts.'
that is.
Trying to change the outside world by force is like desperately touching a movie screen, trying to rewrite the story.
What you really needed to change was not the screen, but the 'film inside the projector' within you.
In our heads, there is a constant, ceaseless 'chatter' flowing.
'Was that a failure yesterday?'
'I have to do it more perfectly tomorrow'...
It is an automatic monologue driven by regrets of the past and anxieties about the future.
Because you are kind and have a strong sense of responsibility, I believe you have taken these voices at face value, thinking they were 'important duties'.
However, this noisy thinking is exactly what clouds the projector's lens, making reality appear complex and, above all, painful.
Please stop for a moment and just focus on your breathing.
Inhale, exhale.
Placing yourself in that quiet rhythm is the act of gently wiping the fog from the lens.
When the unnecessary voices quiet down, there, the
'world of calm stillness'
that has been waiting for you all along, spreads out.
This projector called life has two important roles.
One is your role of choosing
'which film you want to screen.'
The other is the role of 'life' itself, which shines light on that film and projects it onto the screen of reality.
Until now, you may have been exhausted from trying to control even the complex mechanisms behind the machine—the 'how to screen' part—all by yourself.
But you know, your true role can be much simpler.
'I would like a future as calm as this.'
'I want to spend my time with this kind of feeling.'
Just choose a comfortable film and gently set it in place.
The process of how to turn that image into reality is something that far exceeds your small thoughts,
a 'great flow of life'
that will project it at the best timing and in the most appropriate form.
You only need to gently focus on the image you want to project.
The mysterious coincidences that connect people to people and events to events are called 'en' (karmic connections).
'I absolutely refuse to have it any other way!'
As long as you are gripping the steering wheel of life with all your might, ironically, there is no room left for new, good flows to enter.
Loosen your grip,
'I don't really understand it, but I'm sure life will work things out for the best.'
and try surrendering yourself to that great flow.
When you stop trying to manage everything by your own 'self-power' and 'surrender' to a greater force,
a quiet stillness will visit your heart, and the projector, in its clearest state, will begin to project the gentle, light-filled images that you need most right now.
You have tried hard enough, truly, you have done very well until now.
There is no longer any need to grip the steering wheel so tightly that your hands bleed.
Once you have decided on the image you want to see (your desire), just leave the rest to the 'flow of life'.
Regain your deep breathing, and move beyond the storm of thoughts.
