#13 A Visit to a Dream Cafe | Tsubaki Salon Hidaka Sunset Branch in Niikappu, Hokkaido
In the not-too-distant future, my spouse and I want to run a cafe while farming.
That is the fantasy we are nurturing.
I hope this article will be of some help to those who share similar dreams.
Now, what kind of cafe do I want to run?
To bring a vague image into focus, I recommend visiting cafes that can serve as models.
In this series, I would like to introduce shops that I think are wonderful.
The 11th shop I will introduce is Tsubaki Salon Hidaka Sunset Branch in Niikappu, Hokkaido.

True to its name, the Sunset Branch is located in a spot where you can see the sunset beautifully.
In the Hidaka region of Hokkaido, there is the sea to the west, so you can watch the sun set into the ocean.
On this day, too, I was able to watch the beautiful sunset go down.

I had the Sunset Blend and the pumpkin baked cheesecake.
Isn't the name 'Sunset Blend' stylish?
It is perfect for savoring while watching the setting sun.
There were about three daily cakes, but I selected the cheesecake.
No matter which shop I go to, I usually choose the cheesecake and compare them.
It had a pumpkin flavor that combined with the richness of the cheese, and it was very delicious.

Three charming points of Tsubaki Salon that I want to incorporate into my (future) shop
1. A shop where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside
2. Blends with stylish names
3. Paying attention to even the smallest accessories
Stepping away from the busyness of daily life, immersing myself in the extraordinary, and enjoying the setting sun.
Delicious coffee and cake.
I want to create a cafe where one can experience such bliss.
Thank you for reading until the end today as well.
See you again.
