Hasoya-m's Wild Cooking: Easy Mixed Sushi
On Friday the 3rd, I touched a little bit on reasonable chirashi sushi.
It feels wrong to just mention it without showing it, so today I will introduce how to make it.
It is incredibly easy, so I think anyone, young or old, can make it, right?
The reasonable chirashi sushi is something Shiro-san made in 'What Did You Eat Yesterday?'. It is actually mixed sushi, not chirashi.
I'm sorry for lying and calling it chirashi sushi.
It's all the same once you eat it, though.
Now, let's go through the steps with images🙌
First, start by grilling salted salmon in a frying pan with sesame oil.

washing the fish grill is a hassle, so I just cooked it in a frying pan😂
Next, slice one cucumber into rounds.

Next is scrambled eggs.

Small clams were miraculously cheap, so on Friday I even made clam soup, but it's easy♪ It takes no time at all for them to open😊

It is dashi sold in vending machines. I highly recommend this, so if there is one near you, please try buying it🙌
By the time the cucumber, scrambled eggs, and soup are done, the salted salmon will be ready.

I enjoyed the skin myself 🤤
I just love salted salmon skin 🤤
Eating the skin is a privilege reserved for the cook 🤤
Now, let's make the sushi rice ♪

I don't think it even took 30 minutes.
For Hasoyam, cooking is all about saving time.
I made this thinking it's perfect for Hinamatsuri, with the salmon representing peach blossoms, the cucumber for fresh greenery, and the white rice for lingering snow, just like the three colors of hishimochi rice cakes 🙌
Eggs? It tastes good with them, so why not? 🙌
Well, above all, I like that it's cheap, fast, and easy.
It's a convenient recipe because serving it on a large platter makes it feel like a party ♪
This month is for graduations, and next month is for school entrance and starting new jobs, so it's a time for many celebrations, isn't it?
It's simple and festive, so I highly recommend it 🙌
The ingredients this time were
・2 go of rice
・2 fillets of salted salmon
・1 cucumber
・2 eggs
・Sushi vinegar I had in the fridge
・Leftover ground sesame seeds
It was, but since it's really just whatever I had on hand, I think it would be delicious to use this as a guide and make it with more of your favorite ingredients 😊
Cooking, you see, as long as both the person who made it and the person eating it are satisfied,
that's all that matters 😉✨
It was too much trouble to plate it, so
I took the rice cooker pot out to the table—it was Hasoyam...
Viva 🙌 Wild 🙌
