[#Weekly Short Short Note Table Theme: Rice Cane] The Aftermath of the Little Match Girl

Since I am going to watch the Ventforet Kofu ACL match at the National Stadium tonight, I will post both the front and back themes at once. I might post Dafuyan's tweets before heading to the National Stadium♪

Today's front theme, 'Rice Cane,' was inspired by Suzumura-san's precious words, 'Live.'

When the grandmother waves her cane and says, 'It's time to eat,' delicious feasts appear on the table. The girl says to her grandmother with great joy,

'Grandma! That's amazing! You can do anything!'

The grandmother smiles and says, 'Eat up.'

The girl happily tries to take a seat, but she cannot hold the chair.

'What could be wrong?'

The grandmother said, 'Match.'
The flame of the match was about to go out.
The girl hurriedly struck a new match.

She strikes matches over and over again, but she cannot get close to the feast or the grandmother. As she strikes the last match, the girl cries out,

'I want to be with you, Grandma!'

The girl, who had burned all the matches she was supposed to sell, was scolded by her master the next day. Even when she was severely beaten with a cane and had her meals withheld, the girl survived.

The girl, now grown, created an organization where children are not controlled by unreasonable adults,

Rice Cane,

and became an activist who saves children.
