[Book Club] Revolutionize your reading with "Maximize Knowledge"!
A revolution has occurred in my reading life!
Yesterday, I participated in a book club for Bookma-san's "How to Use Books to Maximize Knowledge".

It was a book club organized by O-tsu-san, who I also know through Hatsu-Commu!
I was certain it would be a fun gathering.
Above all, I was nervous and excited to be able to talk directly with the author, Bookma-san.
I've always loved reading, but I struggle with choosing books every time I go to a bookstore.
I can't even count how many times Bookma-san's posts on X have helped me.

We split into groups of about three people to share our thoughts and insights on the book, and I immediately got the chance to talk with Bookma-san.
It is rare to have the opportunity to share your thoughts on a book directly with the author.
My feelings naturally overflowed.
I shared the following thoughts with them:
It was very helpful that the book explains that you don't have to read everything and how to adapt your reading style to your purpose.I used to just read books, but now
I want to accumulate my learning by recording it in a reading notebook.I thought.
Beyond the content, the book is incredibly easy to read, with diagrams, visual flowcharts, and a "Book Map" that you can understand at a glance.
If every book in the world were written by Bookma-san, all reading refugees would be saved.
It is no exaggeration to say that Bookma-san is a god and a savior.
"How can you write such easy-to-understand sentences and books?"
I really want to know the secret to that!
My question ended up being from an author's perspective rather than a reader's, but they answered it gladly.
The answer is in the book (pp. 85-92).
They mentioned that they were conscious of the points listed as "8 ways to distinguish between difficult and easy books" even as an author.
For example, a 'book where it is easy to find the conclusion' is a book that is easy to understand.
Check whether the conclusion is written in the table of contents or the summary (at the end of the chapter).
The reason Bookma-san's book is so easy to understand is that they have organized the common points of easy-to-understand books based on their reading experience so far and put them into practice.
For me, as I am currently writing a manuscript for Kindle publishing, this is truly a golden rule.
When editing, I will return to the reader's perspective and strive to write text that is reader-friendly.
I highly recommend this not only to book lovers but also to those who are not good at reading or who do not have much time!
It will surely revolutionize your reading life!
Bookma-san, O-tsu-san, thank you for this valuable opportunity!
Book clubs are truly the best!
