Creative work is the most cost-effective 'play'

As we become adults, we lose track of how to play.

When we were children, we didn't think about anything.

We just ran around absorbed in the moment and spent our days playing games with friends.

I feel that while adults go out for drinks or travel, they rarely play with total abandon.

Even though money keeps disappearing, for some reason, my heart doesn't feel fulfilled.

Since the beginning of this year, I started creating on note.

At first it was once a month, but now I have continued posting every day for 114 days.

I do it simply because it's fun.

I write for myself.

The world of self-expression is free.

It's neither work nor a hobby; it's closer to 'play'.

I do essays, and even Kindle publishing, because I love doing them.

Amidst the suffering of rising prices, creative work can be started from zero yen.

If you do paid notes or Kindle publishing, you can also monetize it.

TikTok and Netflix are fine, but I don't think there is any play as cost-effective as creative work.

Just by creating, my heart is filled, and I can also connect with people by sharing.

Perhaps it is play that is only possible because platforms like note exist, but there is no doubt that it is saving adults who are lonely and find life difficult.

The best thing that happened this year is undoubtedly starting note.

That was the beginning of everything.
