[Pu Project] Participating in "#FuwaFuwaStarHitoyasumi"
[Pu Project] I am participating in "#FuwaFuwaStarHitoyasumi".
The hashtag and thumbnail are both so cute♡
Hayashippu-san, thank you for this wonderful project.
Congratulations on being featured by the official note!
Until last year, I used to take a break by writing articles on note and visiting everyone's pages.
This year, I am prioritizing taking time away from my computer and social media to enjoy life in my physical body and take care of it💖
November has been especially busy for me and my child.
Our break.
Handmade with my elementary school daughter
I forgot to take a photo of this one.
I thought I'd take one when we went for seconds, but it was too delicious!
Delicious, homemade things are so wonderful. They are so gentle.
By changing the ingredients just a little, it becomes even gentler on the body♡
I can eat it without any guilt, so it's stress-free.
Tapping with my elementary school daughter
And I've been using this method since my daughter was in kindergarten♪
It's a care method that can be safely performed on everyone from babies to those needing nursing care.
And it's a method that even kindergarten-aged children can easily do.
During summer vacation, with the encouragement of the Pu Project, we did it every day.
Because it's so healing.
My neck and shoulder stiffness disappeared, and even as an instructor, I was surprised by the changes in myself!
I had been slacking off lately, but last night, my daughter tapped on my back, gently wrapped her hands around my arms, and even cared for my neck and head.
It's a mysterious method that is effective whether you are the one receiving it or the one giving it.
Noriko Tonomura-san
Noriko Tonomura-san, who participated in the trial session, told me she wanted to do this for the elementary school children and parents through the PTA.
I also dream of doing this through the PTA, so I was very happy to hear Noriko-san's feelings and her proactive inquiries. Thank you very much.
Kiyoko-san
Kiyoko-san, who commented that she does this every day at her daughter's request and finds it healing for herself as well.
From your comments and articles, the relaxed atmosphere you share with your daughter before bed really comes through, and it warms my heart to know that I'm glad I introduced Tapping Touch and that you are practicing it. Thank you.
・Doing Tapping Touch with my daughter before she sleeps. (It seems that the love hormone oxytocin is released for the person doing it too, which calms the mind and makes me feel sleepy.)
Sunlight and a steady rhythm
A steady rhythm activates serotonin secretion.
Serotonin is also secreted by exposure to sunlight, but daylight hours will be getting shorter from now on. Many people suffer from winter depression as well.
It is also being utilized in health centers as a tool for health maintenance and suicide prevention in the Sea of Japan side and the Tohoku region, where the weather is often gloomy and blocked by snow.
Touching each other
We have forgotten how to touch one another.
With stay-at-home orders and social distancing, we have become even less able to get close.
During that period, Tapping Touch self-care evolved.
Time to clear your head
Everyone, are you touching yourself?
Are you being gentle?
Are you spending time away from your daily routine, with your head completely empty?
Self-love and self-care
At the Self-Love Festival, we will be holding a special free workshop.
December is always busy.
Please come and take a break 🍀✨
