The scene of a cold winter morning really comes across.
I thought the contrast between me bundled up in layers and the small sparrow was lovely.

By the way, Daina-san, I compose haiku when I go for walks. Also when I'm falling asleep. If I don't make a note saying 'Ah, I did it. Must memorize this,' I wake up in the morning and have absolutely no idea what it was.

271. I have to go to sleep now, bath is tomorrow, winter moon

The rhythm is wonderful, and I also liked that it ends with the seasonal word 'winter moon'.
It feels like the gentle winter moon is watching over you.

Just the 'hands like whitebait' in the upper phrase stirs my imagination about what kind of woman she is. And then, fighting tops. The demeanor of the woman I first imagined has been completely overturned!

I thought this haiku was also very like Madoka-san.

Silent penguins, that's nice. And 'everyone.' I imagined a line of penguins looking down or just looking straight ahead from the station. It's spot on, isn't it? Many people wearing black coats or white coats walking silently, erasing their individuality.
During the recent big cold wave, the weather forecast said, 'For those in regions not used to snow, please walk like a penguin.'

That might be true. Life might have things you think you don't need, but it's full of luck. You don't know what will come out until you take it out of the lucky bag. I wonder if that is life.

When you choose books yourself, they tend to be biased. I've started hearing about vending machines where book titles are hidden.
I learned about libraries that lend out book lucky bags through trafalgar-san's haiku and articles.
