The body structure that tends to worsen with continued heavy pressure—If you keep attacking a castle, the defenses will harden inward

About 6 years ago, I went to Hamamatsu Castle. A castle is not just a building. It is a
multi-layered defense system
designed to protect lives. Outer moats, stone walls, gates, the main keep—defenses are spread out in many layers. This is exactly like the human body. —

What happens if it is attacked by an enemy? At first, you hold them off outside. Even so, you get pushed back. The damage increases. Then the warlord makes a decision: 'Retreat to the castle! Strengthen the defenses!' The defensive line keeps moving further inward. —
■ The body is the same
Skin ↓ Surface muscles ↓ Deep muscles ↓ Internal organs/nerves. When heavy pressure is repeated, the surface muscles protect you at first. But if you are attacked every single week, the surface becomes exhausted. And the defensive line moves to the 'depths.' — That is why the biggest misunderstanding occurs. ❌ It has become possible to reach the depths, instead of ✔ The outer moat has been destroyed. The defensive power has simply weakened. People mistake this for 'technical improvement.' —
■ Why heavy pressure tends to make things worse
Strong pressure causes: ・Micro-muscle damage ・Dulling of nerves ・Decrease in defensive reflexes. It is similar to using a meat mallet to break down fibers to make them tender. Breaking ↓ Repairing ↓ Hardening ↓ Needing even stronger stimulation. This is the vicious cycle of chronic stiffness. —

The more popular a therapist is, the more they tend to chase 'deeper,' 'stronger,' and 'reaching further.' But that might just mean their technique for conquering the castle is improving. — And here is the most important part. Tokugawa Ieyasu did not take control of the country because he kept fighting wars.
He built lasting peace because he ended the wars.
Because safety and security were established, the castle no longer needed to constantly strengthen its defenses. People no longer had to be on guard. —
■ What it really means to improve stiffness
It is not about 'continuously attacking' the body. It is about preparing the body so that it no longer needs to defend itself. Not being unnecessarily on guard, not having the depths harden, being able to breathe easily, and being able to spend every day with peace of mind. That is true 'Seitai' (body adjustment). Seitai is something of irreplaceable value that
relaxes the mind and body and changes life into something bright and fun.
— I was posing with a sword thinking I was a warlord protecting a castle, but what I really want to aim for is a world where I don't have to draw my sword.
In the Warring States period, it was necessary to constantly strengthen the castle's defenses. But in an era of lasting peace, there is no need to be on guard all the time. The body is the same. What I am aiming for is a world where Rina-chan's body doesn't have to fight every day. That is the essence of our stiffness improvement project.
Bonus
The face-in-hole board in the first photo of Hamamatsu Castle.
When you zoom in, oh, how mysterious!?

Hani-hani and Hani-hani and Hani-hani!?
Actually, I have a personality where I want to take a picture whenever I find a face-in-hole board (is that a personality?), so I always ask Rina-chan to take a snap for me.
This work was created by taking one photo each of Tokugawa Ieyasu, Ii Naotora, and Ii Naomasa, and then compositing them together.
It's fun, so please give it a try yourself!
