No Effort Required! Just Change Your Perspective
The reason you can't escape from "Why is he always like that?"
In our daily lives, we unknowingly live in a world of "Interpretation A."
For example, when someone's words or actions irritate you, you might hear a voice like this in your heart.
"Why is he always like that?"
"That's why he isn't respected by his subordinates."
This "blaming interpretation" may seem like a reaction to protect your own righteousness at first glance.
However, in reality, it is an "automatic thought" that makes your vibration increasingly heavy.
According to the laws of the universe, the vibration you emit shapes your reality.
In other words, as long as you remain in a vibration of judging others, a "situation where you are judged" will be reflected in your reality.
It may seem like you are punishing the other person, but in fact, you are merely reflecting the "unforgivable self" within you.
Have you ever heard a small voice like this deep in your heart?
"I don't want to be like that."
"I am doing things properly."
When this voice emerges, in terms of the laws of the universe,
it can be said that you are in a state of "choosing separation to protect yourself."
But in truth, every event happens as an opportunity for you to "become kinder to yourself."
Therefore, before trying to change the other person, please first ask yourself.
"What kind of interpretation am I making right now?"
Just by noticing, your vibration already rises by one level.
This is because the act of noticing is like shining a "light of consciousness."
When this light shines in, the heart naturally begins to loosen.
This is the first step to escaping from the "dead end of Interpretation A."
Changing to Interpretation B: The tranquility brought by a perspective of understanding
The moment you mutter, "Why is he always like that?"
we end up seeing the other person as an "enemy."
If you live with that perspective, the world will appear full of enemies.
Then, the universe, responding to your vibration,
will show you a reality that seems to say, "See? I told you so."
But, please pause there for a moment and try changing your angle just a little bit.
"That person doesn't have much room to spare right now."
"There are times like that, aren't there?"
This "Interpretation B" brings tranquility back to your heart.
Standing from a perspective of understanding does not mean forgiving the other person.
It means realizing that "that person also has their own reasons for being that way."
And at the same time, remembering that "I, too, have been in that situation before."
Your heart will gently soften.
According to the laws of the universe, the moment your heart softens, your vibration changes,
and a reality that matches that frequency begins to be reconstructed.
In other words, understanding is the "power to recreate reality."
When someone's attitude makes you bristle, try taking a little distance and chanting this in your heart:
"What frequency am I tuning into right now?"
With just that question, you have shifted from a "vibration of blame" to a "vibration of observation."
This small change in consciousness attracts surprisingly large changes in reality.
When you stand from a perspective of understanding, the world regains its calmness.
This is because you have "stopped fighting."
Changing Interpretation to C—The Perspective of Love Changes Reality
Once you have attained the "stillness of understanding" with Interpretation B, the next step is Interpretation C—the perspective of love.
The perspective of love is not just about forgiving the other person,
but about receiving every event and every person's words and actions as a "gift to yourself."
For example, try thinking about it this way:
"Perhaps that person's clumsiness is also giving me an opportunity to grow."
In this moment, anger and irritation turn into gratitude,
and a warm vibration spreads within your heart.
According to the laws of the universe, when your vibration focuses on gratitude and love, reality is also drawn to that frequency.
In other words, the world where you were blaming others naturally changes into a world filled with love and learning.
Furthermore, this perspective creates a life that is not swayed by "evaluation from others."
This is because every event is nothing more than a mirror reflecting how you feel about yourself.
When you feel frustrated with someone, try asking yourself this in your heart:
"What can I learn from this event?"
Just by asking, your vibration shifts to love.
Then, the way you see the world changes, and life itself begins to flow softly and comfortably.
The reality of someone who has reached Interpretation C is no longer that of a "victim" or an "aggressor."
Everything is learning material, and everything is a gift of love.
💫 Summary
Interpretation A leaves you dominated by confusion and anger.
