NFM (NonFungible MofuMofu) Concept

Modern people are busy.

Hardworking people have always been busy in every era. In the limited time called life, we want to do as much as possible. For the sake of what we want to achieve. To get closer to the world we aim for. For the smiles of the people in front of us.

The heart is always wavering.

Comparing ourselves to superior people, getting carried away and overdoing or oversaying things and then reflecting on it, or feeling immense regret for our own incompetence.

"Mofu-mofu" (fluffy) is a word that contains a mysterious nuance. Both "mo" and "fu" are somewhat soft-sounding characters.And, surprisingly, it repeats twice.

More than "pori", "pori-pori"; more than "koso", "koso-koso"; more than "mofu", "mofu-mofu" overflows much more with "that kind of feeling".

"Mofu-mofu" feeling. The comfort of the sensation of being wrapped up is said to be something humans instinctively feel is pleasant, based on the primal experience of being held by their mother in early childhood.

In an experiment called "Harlow's surrogate mother experiment," newborn monkeys were separated from their mothers shortly after birth and replaced with surrogate mothers. One was a soft, cloth-covered surrogate mother. One was a prickly, metal-made surrogate mother.
The cloth one did not provide milk. The wire one provided milk.
The baby monkey chose the cloth one.
This experiment showed that baby monkeys prefer something soft and warm, even if it doesn't provide nutrition, over something cold that only provides nutrition.

Apologies for the late introduction. We are a unit of NFT creators called Pesuham, active under the concept of Creating [fun places] and [healing works]..

Pesuham is a unit consisting of Pesu the illustrator (in charge of healing) and Ham the musician and marketer (in charge of fun). Please see here for a detailed introduction and our activities.

We have operated several collections so far, but based on various circumstances, we started a new collection on February 7, 2022, called NFM (NonFungible MofuMofu).

"NFM" is based on the concept of "When busy modern people are suddenly tired, they are healed by a fluffy mofu-mofu♪", and delivers to you one-of-a-kind fluffy mofu-mofu where very large various animals wrap you up.

This work will be operated as an NFT work as an OpenSea collection. Although we have frozen the metadata, it is not a custom contract.

The reason we did not make it a custom contract is that we wanted to use unlockable content.

For #1 to #40, we have included "Mofu-ji", which are the "mofu-mofu" that Ham envisions put into text, in the unlockable content. 40 "Mofu-ji" are randomly won, and 10 of them are "Color Mofu-ji".

We would like to continue adding some benefits after #41 as well. It is under consideration.

Also, those who have purchased Pesuham's works, not limited to NFM, are invited to a purchaser-only Twitter DM group. (It is not mandatory.) Here, we share messages from Pesu that don't usually appear in public, things Ham is thinking about, and promotions for the initiatives of our holders.

Regarding the illustrations, we plan to deliver various animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, bears, and more in the future.

Additionally, we plan to hold a "We will wrap you (or your character)" event in the future (details will be announced later).

The price starts at 0.008 ETH, but we intend to gradually increase it, aiming for 0.1 ETH for the time being. (Each piece takes about 5 to 10 hours to create, and we believe it is worth a fair compensation.)

Also, while we are initially launching on the Polygon chain, we are considering expanding to the Ethereum chain once we reach the 0.05 ETH milestone.
