Why I want to challenge myself to post on note every day🍀
After reading the Kindle book by Nana, who posts every day, I got all fired up and thought, "I want to post on note every day too!" but...
I suddenly missed two days.
Yeah, as expected, consistency is difficult.
Still, I don't want to give up on writing.
Someday, I want to see the view that only those who have kept going can see.
That feeling is always bubbling up inside me.
1. I want to turn it into a habit
People who can post on note every day must have "writing as a part of their life."
To achieve that, I first need to make time. Like brushing my teeth, I need to decide, "I'll write after doing this" or "I'll write when this time comes."
I've set aside the time between dinner and going to bed.
...That said, there are days when I just can't find the motivation, aren't there? The waves of motivation that differ from day to day.
But deep down, I know it for sure.
"I want to build it up"I know that feeling is there.
2. Running out of topics is the biggest hurdle
I sit in front of the PC and nothing comes to mind. Before I know it, my hand is about to reach for YouTube Shorts...
On days like that, sometimes time just passes by while I read other people's notes.💦
But the theme doesn't have to be big. It can be something that happened today, or just a slice of life.
It's fine to look back on my day's actions and just write them down in bullet points like a memo.
If I can get someone to empathize with even one small part of that—I think that's enough for me.
3. Changes I've seen because I kept going
Even though there are days I miss, there is something that has clearly changed because I've kept posting.
It's my writing speed.
It used to take nearly two hours just for the main text, but now it takes about an hour. Even including choosing images and proofreading, I've managed to shorten it to about an hour and a half.
My ideal is 30 minutes in total!
(That's still a long way off, though🥲)
Once I start writing, strangely, I want to finish it to the end, and in the process, I feel my thoughts gradually organizing themselves. There are moments when I realize, "This is what I wanted to write."
And when I receive a "like" from someone who has read my article,
that accumulation turns into joy🌷
4. Summary
Posting on note every day is, after all, not easy.😅
Even so,
the sense of accomplishment when I finish writing and press the post button is exceptional.
The days I continue to write will surely turn into confidence.
"I was able to post today too"
I believe that those small accumulations will change the future.
Thank you for reading until the end.
May tomorrow be a good day as well✨
