Forgetting about childcare and being captivated by Haraichi. The story of how the 60 minutes at their 'sacred ground,' which I finally won tickets for on my 5th try, were absolutely the best.
Actually, I love Haraichi.
I went to the Haraichi live show '60' held on Saturday, May 2, 2026!
It's called '60' because it ends in 60 minutes.
On the 5th time they held it,I finally won tickets!It's a live show held every three months where Haraichi performs new material and things the two of them want to do.

(though I haven't been able to listen every week since I had a child...)
I'm so happy to see the Haraichi I love in person!!
I dragged my husband along and we went together.
Personally, this is the first time I've been to a comedy show since I was in high school.
The show was at the Karasuyama Kumin Hall in Chitose-Karasuyama.
According to Iwai-san, it's apparently Haraichi's sacred ground
(because they've held shows here many times)
It was a building that was truly a 'community hall.'
It's funny to think they'd hold a comedy show in a place like this.
A few people were walking into the building looking like they weren't sure if this was really the place lol
The lineup of events was too funny lol
It's so small and cozy, it makes me chuckle.
There were comedians who looked like their juniors working as staff at the venue. They were energetic.
It wasn't over-produced in a good way lol
It was full of a handmade feel, which left a good impression.
The capacity of the Karasuyama Kumin Hall is 384 people (including 2 wheelchair seats) (from the official website).
I was surprised that the capacity was smaller than I imagined!
Plus, my seat was in the 4th row from the front, so it was super close 🤣
So happy!!
Flowers had also arrived from Kanda-san from Poka Poka 🌼
Photography inside the venue was prohibited, so I don't have any photos, but
it was just the best! It was so funny!!!
For those 60 minutes, I forgot about childcare and just laughed and laughed.
Two new skits, talk, things the two wanted to do, etc.
It was a 60-minute session that flew by in an instant.
I just love the atmosphere of the two of them innocently laughing together like classmates~
The atmosphere and banter that can only be created in a venue of this capacity,
there was a solid reason for holding it at this ward community hall.
Sawabe-san was wearing that T-shirt he always wears during manzai,
I was so happy to see it in person! Sawabe-san was exactly like he is on TV.
His dynamic movements during the manzai were funny lol
I thought the speed of his tsukkomi and his timing were truly amazing when seen live.
I was surprised at how cool Iwai-san was! I felt like, 'This guy must be popular with the ladies~'.
I was also excited to see Iwai-san in his usual black cardigan outfit.
He was looking at the audience's faces quite a bit while talking!
The atmosphere that you can only understand by seeing it live was the best!
My husband seemed to enjoy it too, so I'm glad I took him!!
The audience at the live show was quite diverse,
I think there were people from their 30s to their 60s.
It makes me feel a sense of kinship thinking that everyone here loves Haraichi.
It was really fun, so I definitely want to go again!!!
