Work runs on 'favors.' That's why you should design for 'circulation.'
'Favors are invisible.'
'That's why if you leave them alone, only misunderstandings will grow.'
Work does not run on ability alone.
Behind every achievement, there is always someone's support.
However, that support is hard to see.
Precisely because it is invisible,if left alone, it turns into 'feelings of debt' or 'resentment'.
If you don't let favors end as mere feel-good stories, but instead turn them into a circulating system, both organizations and freelancers become stronger.
~For those who found this article impactful~
In a 60-minute session, we will create a 'bottleneck map on a single A4 sheet' and decide on your first move.
1. 'What happens when favors are invisible'
When results are achieved, people tend to end it with 'I did my best.'
But in reality, they are standing on top ofinvisible support.
People who replied quickly
People who filled in urgent gaps
People who helped silently
Work runs on 'favors.'
2. 'If left alone, favors turn into resentment'
However,it is dangerous to leave favors alone.
'I did this for them'
'I'm the only one losing out'
These emotions are hard to express, so they accumulate quietly.
And then one day, the cooperation stops.
The team breaks apart.
This is the most painful part.

3. Systematization: 'The Favor Ledger (3 lines)'
Therefore, don't let favors end with just words of gratitude; turn them into a circulating system.
I recommend a weekly 'Favor Ledger (3 lines).'
'Whohelped me?' (Identification)
'Whatdid they help with?' (Concretization)
'Howwill I return it next?' (One small step)
Write this down line by line. Share it if possible.
The point is not to make the 'way of returning' too big.
The smaller you return it, the faster the circulation.
The faster the circulation, the more mutual aid becomes a culture.
My clients use one of the following two methods.
Write it on a 'Thank You Card' and give it to the recipient. Post it on a blackboard or whiteboard to share it.
Write directly on the whiteboard using Kitpas. Since everyone sees it every day, it naturally becomes shared.
SNS and digital boards are fine, but 'handwriting' conveys a stronger sense of warmth.
I intentionally use an analog system here.
4. ~Why teams become more resilient~
When gratitude is visualized, mutual aid becomes a 'system' rather than just a 'mood'.
This reduces reliance on specific individuals, makes handovers smoother, and stabilizes the workplace.
In other words, visualizing gratitude is a design that increases 'organizational durability', not just kindness.
5. For freelancers, 'connections' are assets
For freelancers in particular, connections are assets.
Referrals and collaborations are born from a chain of trust.
Connections disappear from those who treat gratitude lightly, and return to those who treat it with care.
That is why you should put gratitude into words and translate it into the next action.
Those who sustain their work for a long time are careful about this.

6. Summary: 'Gratitude becomes strength when circulated'
If left alone, gratitude becomes a 'burden'.
'I did this for you'
'I'm the only one losing out'
This sense of debt quietly erodes the organization because it is hard to express.
If you are a freelancer, your connections will dwindle.
Therefore, do not hold onto gratitude as a feeling, but 'design it for circulation'.
It is not a noble story, but something to be put into operation.
This is the key.
There are only three points.
1) Put gratitude into words (who helped you / what they helped with)
2) Decide on a small return (one thing to return next)
3) Rotate regularly (ledger, sharing, and reviewing once a week)
If you make the return too big, it won't last.
The smaller you return it, the faster the rotation, and the faster the rotation, the more trust is built up.
Then, mutual aid becomes a 'culture' rather than a 'mood', and culture eventually becomes 'strength'.
Results cannot be created by one person.
Therefore, visualize gratitude and circulate it.
This is the foundation for a resilient organization and long-lasting credibility.
If you are currently experiencing,
“Sales are not growing”
“There is not enough time”
“Tasks are increasing but I am not making progress”
“Priorities cannot be decided”
and it continues. I will organize your situation in 60 minutes and hand you a single A4 sheet (top priority issue + a 30-day move). If you are interested, please send just
a comment or DM “One sheet”.
