Creating a System
I think that studying and learning after becoming an adult, or rather, as you get older, is less about motivation, perseverance, or even sheer willpower, and more about creating a "system." ( ˘ω˘ )

It's like how you incorporate brushing your teeth into your daily routine so that you never miss a day.
In reality, whether what I've learned is actually sinking in or becoming a part of me is secondary (in my case). After all, there's no exam to take, and no pass or fail. Time is limited, and the amount of knowledge gained and the speed of understanding vary from person to person. Memories fade and decline, too. Since the speed of that varies for everyone, after all.
People say things like, "It's amazing that you can keep it up," or "I don't know how you stay so motivated..." and so on.
That's not it. Someone like me is practically a failure, a dropout... (I'm being harsh on myself, lol). But that's exactly why I'm doing it—because I'm a failure. If I could do it from the start, I wouldn't be doing this. It's a hassle ( ˇωˇ ) (I'm lazy at heart).
But if, someday, somewhere, what I've learned becomes even slightly useful, then maybe I'll praise myself for it.
In that sense, I haven't yet created a system for posting to note every day... (´×ω×`) (That's no good)
