All in all, it's just one of those days!

This week, for a rare change, it's my second day at the office following Tuesday.
The fact that just being 'rare' makes me feel a bit tired shows I'm definitely getting on in years.

As usual, the Yamanote Line doesn't arrive on time.
The reasons for the delays are always perfectly valid, but the result is always the same: people piling up on the platform. A morning tradition.

At the office, I was approached for advice by a staff member I haven't talked to much.
The reason, apparently, is that I 'seem knowledgeable'.
In reality, I'm quite ignorant of the world; I just happen to like researching and thinking about things a little.
I'm grateful they came to me for advice, but honestly, I'm not sure if I was actually helpful. Sorry about that.

And now, today's fan activities.

This morning, Mingyu returned to Korea from Hong Kong.
It happened to coincide with DK and Seungkwan's pre-recording for M Countdown, and it seems he went straight there to support them.
And then, his Weverse post.
'The two of them are precious family,' and,
'Seeing the backs of the Carats who came to support them from early in the morning, the combination of Carats' hearts, affection, and infinite love with 'Blue' was moving.'
Reading those words, I was tearing up from the morning.

Furthermore, DK and Seungkwan's 'Blue' challenge was updated.
This time, it's finally a version where they make Carats sing.
Like a karaoke duet,
the blue text is for DK (Seungkwan), orange is for Carats, and pink is where we sing together.
It's no longer just watching. It's participating.
Even though it's through a screen, the microphone is suddenly passed to our side.
It's not just 'Yeah, this is nice.' It's hard. But if I'm told to do it, I'll do it. Because I'm a Carat (lol).
Both are difficult, but I feel like Seungkwan's part is slightly harder.
Alright, time to practice.

My faves travel, support each other, watch each other's backs,
and now they're even asking me to sing along with them.
Sorting out these emotions is about as difficult as the Yamanote Line (lol).

After work, I went to GU, where I'd been wanting to shop since New Year's.
I bought two tops and something like a stole made of cut-and-sew fabric.
And it was on sale, too.
These little joys are very important on a day like today.

The train that wasn't on time,
the unexpected request for advice,
the morning tears,
the night spent being made to sing,
and the sale tags.
Today, all in all, was just one of those days.
