Aki Project Day 43, 12 Days Remaining: Cleaning My Space
# Aki Project Day 43
## 12 Days Remaining. Cleaning My Space
Hello, this is Aki.
Aki Project Day 43.
There are 12 days left until my 60th birthday.
Today's theme is,
"Cleaning my space"
.
Today, I cleaned the entrance.
The restroom.
And my own room.
I thoroughly cleaned these three areas.
Cleaning might seem like just tidying up a room.
But for me right now, my room is not just a place to live.
It is a place to study.
A place to write notes.
A place to use AI.
A place to think about side businesses.
A place to create new projects.
It is my workspace,
where I generate my future work.
That is why I want to keep it tidy at all times.
## Today's Record
Here is today's record.
・Weight: 66.0kg
・Average blood glucose: 116
・Within range: 96%
・Estimated HbA1c: 6.1
My weight is 66.0kg.
It has been dropping at a pretty good pace.
The average blood glucose is 116.
The time within range is 96%.
The estimated HbA1c is 6.1.
My blood glucose levels have also become quite stable.
It is not 100% yet.
But the fluctuations I had for a while are decreasing.
My weight is also gradually going down, and the diet is on a good track.
Instead of being impatient and trying to get results all at once,
I will continue doing what I am doing now.
Diet.
Exercise.
Sleep.
Checking blood glucose.
I will build it up one step at a time.
## Studying as Usual
For studying, I am focusing on:
・Bookkeeping
・AI
・SNS
In bookkeeping, I learn about the flow of money.
In AI, I learn how to use it for work.
In SNS, I learn not just how to post, but how to connect with people and lead them to products and services.
I am not just increasing my knowledge,
but shaping it so I can use it in my future work.
I am conscious of this.
And the place where I do this studying is my room.
That is why I hate it when my room is messy.
## Tidying the Entrance
Today, I started by cleaning the entrance.
The entrance is a place I pass through every single day.
When I go out.
When I go to work.
When I come home.
I always pass through it at the start and end of the day.
Shoes scattered about.
Things left lying around.
Dust accumulating.
Rather than starting my day from an entrance like that,
it feels better to go out from a clean entrance
where shoes are lined up
and there are no unnecessary things.
It is nothing special.
But I like doing these small things properly.
When I come home, too,
I feel a little relieved when I see a clean entrance.
## Cleaning the Restroom Too
Next is the restroom.
This is also a place I use every day.
That is exactly why I do not want to leave it dirty.
The floor.
The toilet bowl.
The surrounding area.
I clean the areas that bother me one by one.
They say you can become rich if you clean the toilet.
I have heard that story.
If I could really become rich just by doing that, I would clean it for hours every day (laughs).
But my reason for cleaning is simpler.
Since it is a place I use every day, I want to use it comfortably.
That is all.
Cleaning the place where I live myself.
This is a natural thing to do, but I do not want to be sloppy about things that are natural.
## The Most Important Place is My Room
And finally, my own room.
I value this place the most.
Because for me right now, this room is
a place to create the future.
Opening the computer.
Writing notes.
Using AI.
Studying bookkeeping.
Researching SNS.
Thinking about products.
Creating projects.
Reading books.
Most of what I want to do from now on starts in this room.
That is why I want to keep it in a state where I can work immediately whenever I open my computer.
## I Want to Eliminate "Cleaning Before Working"
For example,
when I sit at my desk thinking,
"Alright, let's work,"
what if there are lots of things on the desk?
First, I have to clean up.
Look for documents.
Look for a pen.
Look for a charger.
Look for the necessary books.
My concentration is broken just by this.
If so, I should just keep it in a state
where I can start working at any time
from the beginning.
Open the computer.
Start immediately.
I like this state.
Only necessary things on the desk.
Return things to their original place after use.
Do not leave unnecessary things.
Put documents in their designated places.
It is just a small thing, but I think it is significant when accumulated daily.
## When the Room is Messy, My Mind is Messy Too
This is my own feeling, but
when the room is messy, my mind becomes unsettled.
"I have to clean that up."
"That place is dirty."
"Where should I put this document?"
Even while working, those things catch my eye.
Conversely, when the room is tidy,
I can focus only on what I am doing now.
Computer.
Notebook.
Book.
Only what is necessary.
That alone makes a difference in how I feel.
Therefore, cleaning
is not time unrelated to work.
For me,
it is also creating an environment for working.
## New Projects are Also in Preparation
And now, I am also proceeding with preparations for a new project starting from my 60th birthday.
I am already writing the
Future Diary.
And,
the 10 Million Yen Project.
I will announce the outlines of these two little by little.
What will I do from age 60?
What kind of self will I create?
How will I aim for 10 million yen?
I intend to share the entire process.
And actually,
I am preparing one more new project.
This is still a secret (laughs).
I will announce it after it takes a bit more shape.
I am quite looking forward to it myself.
## What Will Be Born From This Room?
As I clean my room like this,
I suddenly wonder.
From this small workspace,
what will be born from now on?
Note articles.
Work using AI.
New encounters starting from SNS.
The 10 Million Yen Project.
The secret new project.
They might be small things for now.
But everything starts from here at first.
One computer.
One notebook.
One pen.
And my own head.
I will create new work from this place.
Thinking about it that way, I want to value my room even more.
## 12 Days Remaining
Aki Project Day 43.
Weight 66.0kg.
Average blood glucose 116.
Within range 96%.
Estimated HbA1c 6.1.
Blood glucose is also gradually stabilizing.
The diet is also at a good pace.
Studying is bookkeeping, AI, and SNS.
And today,
the entrance,
the restroom,
my room.
I cleaned the places I use every day.
Having big goals is also important.
Aiming for 10 million yen.
Aiming for the bar exam.
Mastering AI.
Creating new work.
But before that,
tidying up the place where I stand every day.
I think this is also important.
Starting the day from a clean entrance.
Using a clean restroom.
Working in a tidy workspace.
And creating the future from this room.
12 days until my 60th birthday.
So that I can move immediately when I turn 60,
I will continue preparing one by one today as well.
