This text is written for someone in particular
Lately, I often recall scenes where people who are working hard keep thinking things over by themselves.
Work is getting done.
There are no major problems.
But there is something that has been stuck in my mind for a long time, and no matter how much I think about it, I cannot put it into words well.
Maybe I should talk to someone.
But I don't want advice, and I don't want to be evaluated or judged either.
"I understand, but it's hard to do."
"I think it's correct, but it's hard to take the first step."
I feel that there are quite a few people who hold onto such feelings within their positions and roles, and just leave them as they are.
Through my interactions with many teachers and managers, I have felt that rather than teaching something, having time to put what you are thinking into words just as it isis enough to make people feel much more at ease.
You don't have to come up with an answer.
You don't have to be positive.
It is enough to just be able to get your unorganized thoughts out once.
If you read this text and,
"If I talk a little, my thoughts might get organized."
If that feeling crossed your mind, even for just a moment.
I am writing this hoping it reaches the people who need it, wherever they may be.
Tired of interacting with people
These are stories I want you to read.
I am here to listen to your story.
Why not give voice to the thoughts you cannot tell anyone else?
