I am launching the "Everyone! Continuous Challenge Marathon."
I am launching the "Everyone! Continuous Challenge Marathon."
✨ The basic concept of this magazine (based on my own success story)
Continuing to write alone is harder than I thought.
I, too, have often had thoughts like "Maybe I can't do it today..." or "What if no one reads this?" cross my mind, along with anxiety and hesitation.
In particular, when there was a long period with no reaction, it was really hard to maintain motivation. I felt a sense of loneliness, as if I were groping my way through the dark.
But there were moments when just having someone say "I read it" or give me a "Like" made my heart feel lighter, and I thought, "Maybe I'll try writing again."
A single comment or a small reaction acted like a lighthouse beam, guiding me back to the path of continuing to write. I still remember the joy of that moment vividly.
Based on my own experience, this magazine is a place to continue posting—which is hard to do alone—in a bright, fun, and positive way while encouraging each other. I aim to create a warm community where we can share the joy of writing and support each other's growth.
I'm happy if I can write. I'm even happier if someone reads it.
Let's accumulate those small joys together with our peers.
Each person's voice becomes a force that pushes someone else forward.
Believing in that, I want to nurture this place.
Rule 1: Any length is OK, even a short sentence
On days you manage to post, it counts as a record that you "kept it up." Whether it's a short sentence, personal diary-like content, or anything else, it's all OK. The important thing is to make it an article.
The tag to use for this is #KeptItUpDay.
🔖 Tag (Example)
#5Day
Point:
1. We prioritize celebrating the fact that you "wrote" over the content itself. It can be a report saying "I wrote this today," or sharing the sense of accomplishment that "It was hard to write, but I managed to finish it!" Regardless, please praise yourself for writing.
2. We recommend the habit of leaving warm, encouraging words in the comment section, such as "Great job!" or "Let's do our best together." By supporting each other, you can maintain motivation and increase your ability to continue. Let's soak up positive words and connect them to energy for tomorrow.
3. (If the number of members increases in the future...) Once a week, I will introduce particularly hardworking people in the magazine from among those who posted with the #KeptItUpDay tag that week. By knowing about others' efforts, you should feel stimulated and motivated to do your best as well. Being introduced will lead to further motivation for those featured.
Rule 2: First, declare your continuation goal!
In this magazine, there is a rule to first declare "how many days you will continue."This is a way to clarify your goal and share it with peers to boost your motivation for continuing. You can make the declaration in a post or a comment! It can be short!
If you don't show it to others, it doesn't count as a declaration of a continuation goal. Please, voice your goal and let everyone know.
📝 How to declare (Example)
Include it in the article title: "I will try writing for 30 days"
Write it at the beginning of the article: "Note posting, 10-day challenge to start!"
Declare in the comments: "#ContinuousDeclaration I'll start by trying for 7 days!"
→ Any short-term goal is welcome. "Write every day," "Post twice a week," "Write only on weekends," etc.—go at your own pace! Set a goal you can achieve without overexerting yourself. The important thing is to take that first step.

Tips for consistency
Start small! Begin with a goal that is kind to yourself, such as 3, 7, or 10 days. Setting high goals from the start makes it easy to get discouraged. First, set a goal you can achieve without strain, and it is important to accumulate successful experiences.
A declaration is not a promise, but a "trigger to keep going." It's okay if your rhythm gets disrupted along the way. It's okay to quit. You can just start over again. If there are days you can't write due to your health or circumstances, don't blame yourself. The important thing is to not give up and to try again.
Once you achieve it, aim for the next level! Once you've kept it up, set your next goal and level up!!!✨ For example, if you achieve a "3-day challenge," try a "7-day challenge." If you achieve "posting once a week," try "posting twice a week." By raising your goals little by little like this, you can grow steadily.
Rule 3: High goals are a no-go!!!
Declaring "I'll write every day for a year!" right off the bat is forbidden!
In this magazine, "not trying too hard" is the virtue. Start small, finish happily, and connect it to the next time—that is the rule of this place.
🎯 Why is it a no-go?
Because goals that are too high become "seeds of self-loathing" when you get discouraged along the way.
Because accumulating small successful experiences becomes the "power to continue happily."
Because people who can be kind to themselves are the ones who can keep going!

💡 Point
Goals that are too high can become "seeds of frustration" rather than "challenges".
The motto of this magazine is "ATAMA (Bright, Fun, Positive)".
For that reason, aiming for something you can do if you try just a little bit is just right.
Rule 4: When you can't decide on a theme, get inspiration from other people's articles.
📌 Content
"I want to write, but what should I write...?"
When that happens, it's okay not to force it out!
First, let's go read someone's post.
Make it a habit to read other people's articles!
Inspiration is born from coming into contact with other people's words.
🔁 Action Flow (Example)
Here is a concrete action flow to make the most of this magazine and stimulate your creativity.
Click on a title that catches your eye in the magazine First, try choosing and reading an article that intuitively interests you. Don't just look at the title; use the thumbnail image and summary text as references to find an article that resonates with you.
If you resonate with it, try giving it a "Like" If you read an article and find parts you resonate with or feel moved, actively give it a "Like." This is not only a way to express gratitude to the author of the article, but also an act of reaffirming your own emotions.
Note down what you felt in your own words After reading the article, write down the emotions and thoughts that welled up as concretely as possible. Keywords, impressive phrases, questions—the format doesn't matter. What's important is to record it in your own words.
→ Let's create many such notes. Notes are the source of ideas. By reading various articles and accumulating notes, you should be able to see your own patterns of thought and interests.Stand up from in front of the computer and go for a walk or light exercise After reading an article, step away from the computer for a moment and refresh yourself. Light exercise or a walk is effective for activating the brain and generating new ideas. By touching nature or looking at scenery you don't usually see, your thinking will be refreshed.
Associations, lateral expansion, what I think about it... While walking or exercising, try to freely think about things associated with the content of the article, its relevance to other fields, and your own experiences. Expanding your ideas with thoughts like "What if..." or "Maybe this can be applied to..." leads to the creation of new ideas.
When an idea flashes, use bullet points Write down ideas that flash while walking or exercising immediately before you forget them. Bullet points are fine; by writing down keywords or simple explanations, it will be useful when you concretize the ideas later.
Gratitude to the article that triggered it!!! Express your gratitude for encountering a wonderful article. By writing your impressions in the comments section or sharing it on social media, you might create an interaction with the author. Feelings of gratitude are a source of further creativity.
