COCOBAT Releases 30th Anniversary 7-inch Record!

A heavyweight in the domestic loud music scene, COCOBAT is releasing a limited edition 7-inch record of 300 copies to commemorate their 30th anniversary.

This release, coming from HELLO FROM THE GUTTER which supports the underground scene, also serves as the label's 20th anniversary record.

Side A features the new song "Discipline". Since it has already been performed many times live, there are likely many fans who have been waiting for a recorded version.

Side B's "DEVIL'S RONDO (Devil's Circular Motion)" is a cover of the 80s heavy metal band SABBRABELLS. The original is a track from "SABBRABELLS," released in 1983 by Explosion Records.

The "Devil's Bastard" appearing on the jacket was created by soft vinyl sculptor HxS (front) and HAROSHI (back). The inner illustration is by Utenayuki.

Furthermore, a CD release containing the two tracks from the 7-inch record plus newly recorded songs has been decided, so stay tuned for announcements from HELLO FROM THE GUTTER.

Formed in 1991. The following year, they released their 1st album "COCOBAT CRUNCH" from an indie label.
In 1993, they made their major debut with their 2nd album "STRUGGLE OF APHRODITE."

They have released 8 full albums while going through several member changes.
