My career selection criteria so far
1st Company (New grad → Securities company): I wanted to work for a foreign-affiliated life insurance company in the future, so I joined a securities company that seemed likely to headhunt me.
→ (I searched Google for 'sales' and 'tough,' and since securities companies came up, I chose a securities company)
2nd Company (Securities company → Foreign-affiliated life insurance company): As originally planned, I was headhunted and changed jobs.
→ Here I encountered coaching and keenly felt the 'importance of leveraging one's own strengths'
3rd Company (Foreign-affiliated life insurance → HR startup): I want to increase the number of people who can enjoy their work. I want to experience management.→ I realized that I still want to excel as a salesperson.
4th Company (HR startup → Japanese SaaS company): I want to further polish my sales skills. I want to experience 0→1 sales.
5th Company (Japanese SaaS company → Foreign-affiliated IT company)→ I want to promote DX and data utilization in Japan. (*I also want to make more money! lol)→ I realized that overseas technology and AI progress are amazing.
Strengths
1. Interest in people's values and their dreams
→ Through life planning with over 500 people in total during my time at the life insurance company, and through coaching with team members, I have an infinite interest in people's values and their dreams.
2. High self-efficacy
→ Having had experience working with a mental trainer, I basically believe that I can achieve any goal. Rather than relying on motivation, I practice achieving results through habits.As Masayoshi Son also says, I believe that 'life only turns out the way you think it will.'
Reason for wanting to study coaching at Mr. Coach
・Because I felt like I wanted to be enthusiastic about something once more while interacting with 'Shintaro Nakazawa' and 'Takiguchi' and 'Matsumura-san' whom I met at a free consultation session.
What I will be writing about on note from now on
I will share mainly my experiences so far and what I have learned at Mr. Coach!
My life mission is 'to increase the number of people who live their lives by leveraging their strengths and aiming for their GOALs.'
I want to spend the rest of my life making society overflow with people who answer 'My peak is now!' when asked 'When is the peak of your life?'
