I was interested in the side hustle of "video editing," but I thought it would be difficult without an expensive computer,

and that it might be impossible to learn on my own.

On note, it's hard to tell anything other than getting a "like," but with videos, you can see the results in real-time.

It was incredibly stimulating.

But not every day went smoothly.

There were days when I couldn't think of any ideas, and

days when they didn't get as many views as I expected,

so I even thought, "Is there any point in continuing?"at times.

But precisely because the results are visible,

I thought things like, "Maybe I'll try harder on the thumbnail next time,"and

I was able to think about things in a positive way✨

Before I knew it, I had reached15 consecutive days of posting.

✏️ Honing my "sense of language" by writing 250-character scripts

The short video scripts I write are

usually around 250 characters.

I have an AI handle the narration.

When I listen to the script read aloud,

I sometimes notice,"This flow is a bit hard to understand."

I notice things like that.

It can take over an hour to write a script, but if it doesn't feel right when I hear the narration,

I end up redoing it.

If I pack too many words in

People drop off halfway through, and

if you leave out too much, the message 'what are you trying to say?' doesn't get across.

So,

“What words should I choose to get my point across?” is something I

have become more conscious of.

Writing a script, creating the narration, and

fixing it if it sounds off when I listen back—this is the cycle.

That scriptwriting process

is actually a study in writing as well🌸

💡 The “power of words” where the reaction changes depending on the title

And what is surprisingly profound is title creation💫

I used to give titles that followed the content of the script, but

that alone doesn't resonate with the viewer's heart😫

However, just by changing the title a little,

the number of views can increase.

That moment is a bit fun, and

I realized that “the pull of a title is amazing.”😊

Before I started, I thought that continuing to make videos

would be impossible😣

But after posting for 15 days, I thought,

“Maybe this actually suits me”

is what I realized.

As I continued, I started thinking a lot about:

・How to make my words simpler
・What kind of words resonate
・How to keep people from getting bored while watching

I started thinking about these things a lot.

I also gained the courage to "cut words," and the

“ability to convey things in short words”has

also led to improvements in my writing skills✏️

I started this intending to pick up a side hustle skill, but before I knew it, I had become

“hooked on making videos”🌸
