May Kinshicho Branch Event: 'Oshi-katsu Support Campaign'
I've been thinking about the May event, and this time I decided to try something a little different from usual.
It's called the 'Oshi-katsu Support Campaign'.
The concept is very simple:
if you make a reservation with a specific girl as your main choice, she will receive a 500 yen tip.
Hearing that, it might just sound like a regular event.
But for me, this project isn't something I just came up with on a whim.
In fact, I believe this type of event is what will be important moving forward.
Instead of just offering discounts, I want to make sure the support reaches the girls properly.
Events at adult entertainment shops tend to focus on things like
'X yen off'
or 'This course is a great deal'.
Of course, there's nothing wrong with that.
In fact, some of those events are very convenient.
But if you keep offering discounts to the outside world, it can eventually lead to customers only coming because it's cheap.
More than that,
I want the fact that you came to be properly reflected back to the girls. I want the sentiment behind your reservation to be delivered in a visible way.
I thought that using money in that way would be more meaningful for the shop as well.
This event is exactly about that.A reservation is made for a specific girl.
That reservation directly becomes a 500 yen tip for her.
It might not be a huge amount of money.
But things like this have meaning beyond the monetary value.
It's not just that 'a reservation was made,' but rather
that she can feel 'I was supported.'
A main choice reservation is truly special.
For the girls working at the shop,
customers who come in without a specific choice are of course important.
But customers who choose a specific girl as their main choice are truly special.
The fact that you wanted to see them again.
The fact that you adjusted your schedule to make a reservation.
The fact that you decided this is the girl you want.
It's easy to put into words, but
in reality, it's not something to be taken for granted.
Working hard at customer service.
Engaging with customers properly.
Building a relationship that makes them want to come back.
It's through that accumulation of effort that a main choice reservation finally happens.
That's precisely why, as a shop,
I wanted to return that in a tangible way and say, 'That is truly valuable.'
Your reservation becomes support for your favorite.
There is a reason why I named this event
'Oshi-katsu Support Campaign'.
Nowadays, 'Oshi-katsu' (supporting your favorite) has become a very natural term.
Going to concerts.
Buying merchandise.
Watching streams.
Voting.
There are many ways to show support.
But I think 'Oshi-katsu' at our shop can be even simpler.
Making a reservation for the girl you want to see. That alone is already enough support.
And this time, that reservation
directly becomes a 500 yen tip for the girl. So, rather than just a campaign, I think of this event as
a 'system where support is properly delivered'.For customers, it's easy to understand how your reservation is being delivered.
I think that's a very good thing.
Not just for the shop, but first and foremost, something that makes the girls feel positive.
This is something I always think about, but
I don't believe shop events should be created solely for the shop's convenience from the start.
First, it shouldn't be something the girls dislike.
Second, it should be easy for customers to use.
And finally, it should also be a plus for the shop.
In terms of order, things usually work out better that way.
The same goes for this event.
For the girls, receiving reservations leads to motivation.
For customers, it's easier to support their favorite.
For the shop, if main choice reservations increase, the atmosphere improves.
I feel that this approach
is better in the long run.
Because it's May, this kind of event has meaning.
May is actually a bit of a difficult month.
The first half of Golden Week is busy, but things tend to settle down afterward.
It's a time when many people feel tired or a bit down.
That applies to both the girls and the customers.
That's exactly why in May,
rather than just lowering prices, I think it's more important to
create a reason to lift their spirits.
A 500 yen tip when a reservation is made.
It might just be that little thing.
But that small trigger can lead to
'I'm glad I came to work today'
or 'I'll do my best again'.
I hope that as a shop, we can create even a little bit of that positivity.
In closing
I don't think events have to be flashy to be good, nor do they have to be cheap.
They should have meaning,
and they should make someone's feelings a little more positive.
I feel that those kinds of events
ultimately improve the atmosphere and last longer.
The May 'Oshi-katsu Support Campaign' is one of those.
A 500 yen tip for the girl you choose when you make a main choice reservation. It's a limited-time event where your reservation leads to supporting your favorite.
I would be happy if this becomes a trigger for you to support the girl you want to see, even if just a little.
