Three-Day Weekend PIS-LAB Skiing!
PIS-LAB Ski Lesson [September 21st (Sat) - 23rd (Mon)]
report.
The ski season is finally drawing near, and
the PIS-LAB slope has become bustling with many people!
Although the weather was not great over the three days and we were often rained on,
Genies Natur was able to conduct fulfilling lessons with a small group (lol)~👏

PIS-LAB skiing is characterized by the skis sliding easily, much like skiing on an icy slope.
In that environment, it is suitable for training according to the situation, such as managing force against external forces and maintaining balance.
What is particularly important is the amount of force applied by the legs.
When you stand on difficult slopes or in challenging situations, don't you find yourself tensing up and putting too much force into your body?
Especially in areas close to your feet, such as your ankles and the soles of your feet, it is easy to tense up, and most people don't realize it at first.
In PIS-LAB skiing,
first, it is important to relax your ankles and other joints and muscles appropriately.
By doing so, movements such as vertical motion and edging will become smoother.
Especially on the morning of the first day,
you are often troubled by "tension," so let's overcome this~
By about the third day of the three-day weekend, everyone has less tension and is able to ski in a relaxed manner...
