The Freedom Taught by Silence When You Want to Be Alone
Solitude is not a negative thing
A gift from the universe residing in silence
When hearing the word "solitude," many people may feel a sense of loneliness or a negative connotation.
Feeling anxious when not surrounded by people, or feeling that one has no value if not evaluated by others
Being bound by such assumptions may be a negative aspect of modern society.
There is a word similar to solitude called isolation.
If I were to state the difference,
"Solitude" is a state of mind that you can choose for yourself
"Isolation" is an environmental situation of being cut off from those around you
In other words, the difference is that "solitude" can lead to richness and self-growth, whereas "isolation" is often a sign that support is needed.
This discussion is about "solitude."
I believe thatsolitude is not loneliness or lack, but a time given by the universe for the soul to grow.
Even if it looks like you are not surrounded by people, that very moment is the time when you are most deeply connected to the universe.
Rather, I think solitude provides deep richness and silence.
Freedom and richness residing in silence
We tend to measure ourselves by the evaluations of others.
Success, fame, or approval from someone—of course, these can be sources of strength in life, but there is a danger of losing sight of what is important if you become trapped by them.
What is truly important is not on the outside,
but resides in the inner world.
Solitude isa door for the soul to return within.
There are voices that can only be heard in silence.
Those voices are proof that the soul is resonating with the universe.
A time to listen to your own inner voice without being influenced by anyone else's voice.
Is that not where true freedom and spiritual richness reside?

A state of being cut off from connections with people and society.
The richness of surrendering to silence
As the words for seclusion or living in quietude suggest, it is a way of life that has a deep flavor even within quiet solitude.
Cherishing an inner time that is not for showing to others is by no means a lonely way of life.
Even if not evaluated by anyone,
a solitude that simply "is there."
There are people who want to enjoy such flavorful time.
Is that not an expression of a deep spirituality that is not swayed by fame or praise?
Solitude is a sign of soul maturity
I believe that being able to enjoy solitude without fear is proof that one's spirit is mature.
It is not "just enduring loneliness," but "surrendering to silence."
While the soul is still immature, people depend on external approval.
However, when the soul grows, one does not avoid solitude but rather finds peace in it.
Solitude may be an "awareness" for the soul to advance to the next stage.

Trying to surrender to solitude without fear—
I think that is a rest for the soul and an important part of a rich life.
Whenever I am in pure nature, watching the flowing clouds and being blown by the wind, I think:
"I am free." I feel a sense of liberation.
The time spent standing alone, away from noise and bustle, is truly luxurious.
I am reminded that the heart is inherently quiet and calm.
For me, solitude is a time to center myself.
What kind of time is "solitude" for you?
Thank you for reading until the end 😊
