Baking pancakes using the Hot Cook's soup mode
Yes, I apologize to those who find the title confusing.
There is an electric pot called Sharp's Hot Cook.
I mixed store-bought pancake mix according to the instructions and baked it in there.

Set it to soup mode for 3 minutes, and once the bottom side feels firm, take out the inner pot and carefully flip it with a rubber spatula while tilting it.
When the time is up, it's done.
When you cut it

Oh! Isn't this a sponge cake?
Some people bake them in rice cookers, right? It turned out just like that.
I ate it with my two children, and we were very full.
How about trying this for a summer vacation snack or on a day when you're tired of cooking meals?
