My Experience Participating in Guerrilla Tarawo
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to participate in what is known as a "Guerrilla Tarawo."
It was a Zoom meeting hosted by the one and only Hitotarawo-san.
This time, I would like to write about my experience in two parts.
The first is how I felt about the content of the meeting.
Of course, there will be no spoilers.
The second is about my impressions of Hitotarawo-san after participating.
About the meeting content
First, to describe the content of the meeting in one word,
it was incredibly educational.
I filled several pages of my notebook with what I learned.
I also attend online study sessions for my main job, but I rarely take notes as seriously as I did this time.
Why was it so educational?
It was because he didn't just teach me the "how-to," but also
"why this method is used"
and explained it logically from that background.
Everything made sense, and I found myself nodding along as I listened.
It was very easy to understand and structured so well that the time flew by.
Usually, confusing and boring talks feel like they take a long time.
But yesterday, 80 minutes felt like an instant.
I spent such a dense and meaningful time there.

About Mr. Hitotarawo
Next, I will write about my impressions of Hitotarawo-san after participating.
I imagine most of the people who participated yesterday were hearing Hitotarawo-san's voice for the first time.
I was one of them.
Everyone probably had an image in their head unconsciously of
"I'm sure his voice sounds like this."
And I imagine you were waiting for his first words with a bit of excitement.
I also welcomed that moment with a sense of tension I don't usually feel.
And the impression I got when I actually heard his voice was—
"So gentle—"It was completely different from the image I had imagined.
Gentle. And young!
I had imagined a more gravelly voice. If I may be so bold (laughs).
Ranmuscle-san also wrote about his voice, and I had the exact same impression.
And what I remembered was
the words that Ippobito-san wrote about Mr. Hitotarawo before.
Incredibly gentlemanly. Polite. Gentle. Huh.
The same person?
What left a particular impression on me was that his voice wasn't just gentle, but that he wasa truly kind person.Ippobito-san described him as "a person like a British gentleman," and I thought that was exactly right.
In any case, his thoughtfulness is amazing.
The depth of his consideration for others oozed from every word he spoke.
I was surprised by the wonderfulness of his humanity.
As those who participated will understand, he was considerate of every single participant until the very end.

Also, in another aspect, I was impressed by his high level of risk management ability, which was cultivated through his experience as a businessman.
It was clear that he had anticipated every risk and prepared thoroughly in advance.
This was by no means a Guerrilla Tarawo held on a whim.
It was deeply felt that he had thought through every detail and prepared carefully.
As expected of someone who has succeeded in multiple businesses and achieved FIRE.
Even just catching a glimpse of that ability made me feel, "This person is the real deal."

In yesterday's Zoom, I was able to learn both the high quality of the meeting content and the wonderfulness of Hitotarawo-san's humanity.
If Guerrilla Tarawo is held again in the future, I would certainly like to participate.
It was an 80-minute session that was full of learning and very pleasant.
Thank you very much for such a meaningful time.
