[Stock Investment] Loadstar Capital [Explained by a Pro]
'Loadstar Capital (TSE: 3482)' is a Japanese real estate company♪
In addition to real estate investment and leasing businesses, they also provide consulting services♪

(1) Characteristics of this stock
(2) The sharp-tongued sister's overall evaluation (fair stock price, etc.)
This time, I will write about this stock based on 'Individual Stock Investment Methods', so be sure to read it♪
(1) Characteristics of this stock
◯ It is a rare company that conducts 'real estate investment' business while 'incorporating crowdfunding'♪
◯ They operate a unique crowdfunding service called 'OwnersBook', and they gather real estate investors online starting from 10,000 yen per unit♪
◯ It is a 'undervalued stock' and also a 'high-dividend stock' with a dividend yield of 3% or more♪
◯ Although their business performance has been steadily increasing since listing, the stock price chart has remained in a range-bound market for a long time♪

The company's performance and valuation are impeccable. The reason it remains in a range-bound market is simply because it is 'too unknown.' I believe that once it gains public recognition in a few months or years, the stock price could rise significantly.
(2) My sharp-tongued younger sister's overall assessment (fair value, etc.)
<<Fair value as determined by my sharp-tongued younger sister>>
Current stock price = approx. 900 to 950 yen range. (Probing buy is acceptable)
Fundamental analysis 'fair value' = 2,000 yen.Fair value = 2,000 yen.
Fair value considering market fluctuations = 1,100 yen.Fair value = 1,100 yen.
It is already quite undervalued, but it's always better to accumulate it at an even lower price! (Assuming current performance is maintained or improved) I'd be happy if I could 'average down' at 680 to 750 yen or below.'Average down' if I could.
