Career Dialogue
I want to hear about many people's professions.
I want to know how people perceive the world through the lens of their profession.
I want to learn about many people's perspectives and ways of thinking.
There are many professions in the world, and even more ways that people perceive their work.
Even if you work in the same workplace doing the same job, I believe everyone works daily with their own unique professional outlook because their ways of perceiving things differ.
We cannot become someone other than ourselves, and we believe that dissatisfaction or fulfillment in work does not necessarily come solely from job aptitude; there is also an approach of changing one's cognition and perception to find enjoyment in the work right in front of you.
That is precisely why I think knowing how others perceive their professions and their ways of looking at things is important for controlling your own cognition and aiming to work with a sense of purpose.
That is how I started the Career Dialogue.

About the Dialogue
❁ It is free to participate. The recorded audio will be published on Spotify.
❁ The interviewer will ask the questions, so please feel free to join without any plan.
❁ Anonymous participation is okay. Basically, it will be conducted without showing your face. For those who agree, we can conduct it with video or live stream it on Facebook.
Dialogue Process

2. Schedule via email and receive the ZOOM URL
3. Online interview for approximately 60 minutes
