[AviUtl] This is all you need to see to solve it! How to improve stuttering ②
Hello everyone. This is Wido from Funabashi Denshi.
Suddenly, have you ever been troubled by the editing screen becoming stuttery while editing videos?
"Oh no, it's too stuttery to edit! I have, um... only 30 minutes left until the video upload!? I'm doomed..." I can almost hear voices saying things like that (lol).
AviUtl is very easy to use and has extensibility. However, depending on your PC, if there are too many objects, the movement will become stuttery. That's a problem, isn't it?
So, I will introduce ways to reduce stuttering in AviUtl.
Install a plugin
You can solve it by installing a plugin!
Let's install "patch.aul".
What is patch.aul?

patch.aul is a plugin released by ePi (@ePi5131) that makes the operation lighter.
(It seems that it is currently being updated by Mr. Saunasouna.)
It is a plugin that not only makes AviUtl's operation much lighter but also fixes fatal bugs in AviUtl all at once. It is an essential and classic plugin that you can't edit without.
How to install
I will explain how to install it. Go to GitHub from the link below and
please download "patch.aul_r◯◯_ss_◯.zip".
The site above has very detailed installation instructions, so I recommend referring to that.

Once downloaded, extract it and move patch.aul to the same folder as aviutl.exe, and
the installation is complete. Basically, there is no need for settings after installation, which is easy.
Has it become somewhat lighter with this?
For those who say "Still not enough!", of course, I will introduce other methods, so please look forward to the next article!
