I participated in the “PolloAIxShironen Contest”!!
Between the chaos of childcare and being hospitalized in an isolation room, the turmoil in my private life has finally settled down.
I can finally sit down and start working on the video for the #PolloAIxShironenContest.
Today, I'm going to provide a live report of the video creation process to encourage those who are still on the fence about entering the contest (a bit late, you say? Haha).
Check out the article below for contest details!!
Alright then, let's get started.
First, let's organize the steps for creating the video!
This is my first time making a video, but I think the standard way to go about it is in the following order.
Create character sheets for the characters
Brainstorm video ideas
Create a storyboard
Generate prompts
Generate video with AI
Since this is my first time making a video, I plan to follow the article below written by the organizer, Colon.
As for the character, I think I'll try animating Kurage-chan as I previously announced.
The character sheet is already done.
Steps 3 and 4 are handled all at once by GPTs.
Now, let's get to it.
Here are the detailed steps!
First, I'll launch the Storyboard Workshop created by Colon.
(I'll be doing the PC operations using the Chrome browser.)
After starting, it prompts me to input the settings for the video I want to create, so I entered the following.
① 動画の向き 16:9(横長)
② 動画の長さ 10秒
③ 素材の有無 使いたい画像あり
④ 作りたい雰囲気 完全おまかせ
⑤ 参加する部門 アート・表現部門Then, the GPTs will suggest 5 ideas.

I see, so this is the kind of information this GPTs needs.
Let's throw in the ideas I had in mind.
I sent the following prompt.
I'll attach Kurage-chan's character sheet and run it.
By executing this, I was able to obtain the following two prompts.
Storyboard generation prompt
Prompt for video AI input (for Kling / Seedance / PixVerse)
Regarding the storyboard generation prompt, it seems to analyze and verbalize the reference image, creating content that can reproduce the character on its own.
Since I'm at it, shall we create the storyboard image using PolloAI?
Access PolloAI.
→ Click

↓
“OpenAI” Select
↓
“GPTImage 2.0” Select

↓
“Generate” Click

The storyboard is finished.
It reproduces Kurage-chan without a reference image.
The level of verbalization in the original prompt is amazing, isn't it?
The clothes look like something from Nishimatsuya, but it's a hassle so I'll leave it as is because it's cute.
Nishimatsuya has size 160 clothes, so it's not a problem.
If you don't like the character design or clothing, you need to fix it at this point.
I think it's easier to have GPT Images 2.0 or Nanobanana-san edit the storyboard image rather than trying to fix the original prompt.
Now, let's generate the video!!
First, please select "Video" from the menu on the left in Pollo AI.

↓
“Text/Image to Video” Select
↓
From the AI brand section,
“PixVerse AI” → “PixVerse V6” Select
↓
Change the generated video duration to “10s”

↓
“Upload Image” Click
↓
Select the uploaded file (storyboard)
↓

↓
I think the storyboard image has been loaded as a reference image.
Next, we will finally execute the video generation prompt.

↓
“Generate” Click
(Credits will be consumed)
↓

Let's wait.
↓

↓

The storyboard is displayed, right?
But that's fine, this is okay.
Let's press the play button.
You'll be impressed, like 'Oh~~'.

The storyboard is included at the beginning, but it seems that's just how it is.
Also, even though a 16:9 landscape aspect ratio was specified at the beginning of the generation prompt, it was output in portrait.
Apparently, if you want it in landscape (16:9), the layout of the storyboard used for generation also needs to be in landscape (16:9).
I see, looking at the finished result including the storyboard, the mechanism makes sense.
→ If you want it in landscape, attach a landscape storyboard to the AI and ask it to make it 16:9.
For now, let's save the video we made.
There are several ways to download it, but I saved it from the video right-click menu.

↓
"Download"Select
↓
Select "Download without watermark"
Video editing
I will perform the following operations on the finished video.
Delete the initial storyboard part
Convert to a format that can be posted on note (GIF)
This time, I'm going to edit it usingKyosuke-san's"Movie to GIF."Thank you for creating such an incredibly useful tool!
I think it's a god-tier tool.
Now, let's get started.
Let's go to the Movie to GIF. page.
First, load the file.

Select the video file you want to load
↓
It looks like this.
From here, I'll cut the beginning part.

↓
Set the time you want to save using the slider.
Try adjusting the start time by +0.1 seconds at a time to get it right.
Just give it a try.
By the way, in my case, for a 10-second video, it seems the first 1.0 to 2.0 seconds are used for the storyboard.
The landscape one was shorter, I wonder why.

↓
Click “Create GIF”
↓
Now, please pay attention to the red frame in the image below.

If you are creating a GIF to post in a note article, please adjust it so that the final file size is 10MB.
If it exceeds 10MB, you will need to choose from the following options:
Shorten the video length
Reduce the video quality (smoothness, resolution, etc.)
Shortening the length is easy, just adjust the slider.
When you press the Create GIF button, it will calculate the estimated file size.
Please adjust it until it fits nicely.
I will write down the steps for the case of reducing quality here.
“Settings”We will do this from the tab.

↓
Change “Resolution” (optional)
↓
Change “Frame Rate (FPS)” (optional)
↓
Click “Create GIF”
Keep tweaking the settings andclicking “Create GIF” until you manage to get it under 10MB.
Once you have a good file size, let's save it.

Great work!!!
The finished work
I am entering the“Art & Expression Category” where I make my character move!!
Thank you for your support.

Impressions
Thanks to the GPTs that Koron made for me, I was able to generate videos so easily, it was amazing!!!
The moving jellyfish-chan is cute, isn't it.
If this article makes people think, 'I want to try making a video!', I would be incredibly happy.
(I'll make a note to myself: If you're going to write a how-to article, get it out in May!!)
If I have time, I'd like to make the reaction part look cool too.
