The True Nature of Lucky People | Making Luck Your Ally... A Mindset to 'Turn Today Into a Special Day'
This is Narushima.@freeowner171
Today, June 2, 2025, is a rare lucky day where
Taian, the Day of the Tiger, Daimichi, Bosho-nichi, and Ten-ichi Tenjo
all overlap.
Many of you might be thinking, 'So what?', and
I am completely that type of person too, but...
But, for example...
When it comes to the opening day of a shop or the timing to start something,
'If I'm going to do it, I might as well do it on an auspicious day,'
don't you ever think that?
'Today is lucky, so let's start something new!'
When you hear things like that,
'Huh? What's that?'
For those who think that way,
I will provide a 'meaningful perspective'.
Actually...
'Whether you believe in luck or not'
doesn't really matter,
there is something much more important...
The 'Reasons to Start' That Adults Have Lost
Think about it.
When we were students, a new semester would start,
birthdays would come, Christmas would come...
There were always 'special days,' and
they became 'reasons to start something,'
didn't they?
But, as adults,
those kinds of 'triggers'
gradually decrease.
Every day becomes monotonous, and
'Let's start something new today'
opportunities to think that way
almost disappear.
This is actually
a very dangerous thing.
Common Traits of Successful People
The successful entrepreneurs
I have seen so far
have a certain common trait.
That is,
'They are geniuses at finding triggers for action
from even the smallest things.'
For example,
'Today, the coffee was brewed perfectly'
'I was able to listen to my favorite song on the train'
'It cleared up for the first time in a while'
Even for such trivial things,
people who can think, 'Alright, things are going well today, so
let's try that.'
Conversely, people who don't succeed
tend to 'wait until perfect conditions are met.'
'When I've saved enough money'
'When I have some free time'
'When I've gained some confidence'
But that day will never
come.
Become a 'Trigger-Making Machine'
What's important here is
not believing in luck or omens.
It's about acquiring the
'technique of intentionally creating your own triggers.'
This is also an
incredibly important skill in business.
Because customers are also looking for
a 'trigger to take action'
in the same way.
They are looking for
a 'reason to buy right now'
for your products or services.
However, many people
cannot provide that 'reason.'
That's why they don't sell.
Conversely, if you can make customers feel
'today is a special day,'
they will naturally take action.
Practical Application
Specifically, it looks like this.
● Present the release date of a new product
as a 'XX Anniversary'
● Create a 'special feeling just for today'
in your email newsletter
● Communicate the dates for seminars or sessions
along with a reason why
'it is meaningful precisely because it is this day'
Luck has nothing to do with it.
What is important is
to make people feel that
'today is a special day.'
It is about intentionally creating
a 'reason' for that to happen.
Once you can do this,
your customers' action rates
will change dramatically.
What did you think?
Whether or not you believe in luck
is a personal choice.
However,
the 'technique of creating a trigger for action' is
an absolutely essential skill for doing business.
People who understand this difference
are overwhelmingly more likely to achieve results.
Please try to be conscious of this
and work on it starting today.
So, if this post has inspired you
to take action,
I would be happy if you left a comment!
