That 'something feels off' feeling in spring might just be your body adjusting | Mental Health | Self-care |
Two days ago, I posted an article about how spring makes you feel positive and how the beautiful cherry blossoms cleanse the soul.

Today, I spent the day feeling a bit under the weather, with that specific spring warmth making me feel sleepy, sluggish, and unmotivated.
I had ideas of things I wanted to do, but I just couldn't take action...
I felt sluggish, strangely sleepy, and kept yawning...
It was a rather hazy day.🧠💭
I vaguely thought it might be because of the change of seasons, but since I didn't know the actual reason, I did a little research...!
As the temperature difference between morning and night increases, it seems that the autonomic nervous system switches back and forth between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves many times to regulate body temperature...
It's getting warmer by the day, and it seems like my body is working hard to adapt to the environment...🏃♀️💨
Because of that, I'm using more energy than usual, which makes me tired more easily, and the constant adjustment of the autonomic nervous system makes me feel sluggish and makes my mood a bit more unstable...
So, I was worried it might be mental fatigue, but finding out that it's just my autonomic nervous system working hard and making me a bit more tired made me feel somewhat relieved...!
I was anxious because I thought I should be feeling more positive now that it's getting warmer, but I guess it's somewhat unavoidable during the change of seasons...??
Please take care of yourselves, everyone...!!
Great work today.🫧
I will post more thoughts and information related to mental health, as well as casual daily essays.🌱
Wishing you a peaceful night...🌙
