Gratitude for the limited webinar and our 10th wedding anniversary. A story about how our partnership changed dramatically.

Hello everyone.
I am Bloom Shift Yuki, helping you to "bloom again into your true self" 🌸
I usually talk on YouTube about organizing your mind, mental state, and lifestyle habits through planners and journaling 😌

First of all, regarding the "Book Purchaser Exclusive Webinar" held on the night of August 2nd, thank you so much to the 25 people who participated in real-time despite it being late on a Sunday night 😍✨
Since this was my first attempt at a webinar, there were some minor issues with chat settings and such, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused 🙇
However, after it ended,
"It was a very informative webinar," "I'm glad I could participate,"and other warm messages from many of you,
I am filled with gratitude, thinking,
"I was able to take on a new challenge together with all of you once again ✨"😢💖

Also, seeing your reports in reviews about how my book is reaching you in such a wonderful way makes me cherish the thought that "it was worth taking on the challenge" 😌
If you'd like, please also read this article where I introduce your reviews 👇

Being able to pour my energy fully into the people in front of me as an author and coach in this way is something I now realize deeply is only possible because ofthe "foundation of unwavering peace of mind" in my private life.

Today is a completely private story, but please let me talk honestly about anoverwhelmingly happy eventthat happened at the milestone of our "10th wedding anniversary," even though I apologize for it being mostly me bragging (lol) 😌

A full-force surprise on our 10th wedding anniversary

Our wedding anniversary was July 27th.
On this day, both my husband and I were working; we left the house at 7:00 AM and wouldn't see each other again until 8:30 PM.

I have always been "obsessed with anniversaries" (lol), and when I was a working doctor, I always took the day off as part of my summer vacation to celebrate 😌
For the past few years, I've been working at a clinic and haven't been able to take time off because I can't ask anyone to cover for me, but this time, I didn't want to do nothing on the actual day of our 10th-anniversary milestone! So, I prepared carefully in advance 🌸

1. Surprise letter→ Sneak a letter into my husband's lunch box on the day
2. Surprise video→ Make a 3.5-minute movie of 10 years' worth of photos and suddenly email it to him on the day
3. Celebrate with cake when he gets home
I prepared with athree-stage strategy (Writing this, I want to retort, "Are you a high school girl?" 🤣). Especially since I knew I wouldn't have time to prepare due to the "Daily Self-Coaching" project right before, I had prepared 1 and 2 quite a while ago 💖

The plan went perfectly, and my husband said "Thank you," but honestly, his reaction was muted (lol).
If I had to say, when he was eating the gluten-free cake,
he was happy, saying "Yum 😯" 🤣
I knew he wasn't the type of person to get excited about these things, and this reaction was expected (lol). It was something I truly wanted to do, and I felt glad that I could convey my 10 years of gratitude and thoughts to my husband in my own way 😍

A super surprise that far exceeded my expectations

After that, we went on a trip together at the end of July.
Since the summer trip is our "anniversary trip," we had conversations looking back on the past as usual, and we looked back on the 10 years together, but there were no special words or surprises from my husband.
However, this was also the default, so I didn't mind it that much 🍀

The day after we returned from the trip.
At noon, my husband suddenly handed mea planner.I am not exaggerating when I say,
I was so surprised that heaven and earth turned upside down 😯

What was written in the daily section of that"weekly block planner"was a "thank you" message to me that had beenwritten every single day without fail for about a year, from our anniversary trip last July to the present. Along with cute Pokémon stickers pasted here and there, every day it said "Thank you for doing XX" (though most of them were "Thank you for making XX meal" 🤣) ✨

By the way, here is the planner 👇

The reason I was so surprised by this is that my husband issomeone who is extremely bad at "writing things down."
In our 10 years of married life, the only time I received a letter from my husband was on our "wedding day."
My husband usually watches all of my YouTube videos without fail (to be precise, I force him to watch them 🙇).
He always empathized with the messages in my videos, but he himself would never use a planner.

That husband of mine, exactly one year ago in the summer, suddenly asked me this.

"Show me Yuki's planner. What size is this?"

At the time, I was trulyso surprised my eyes almost popped out (lol).
When I told him that my "Jibun Techo" was "B6 Slim," my husband then went all the way to "Itoya" and bought the planner I mentioned earlier 👆

Of course, I didn't intend to see the contents, so I had absolutely no idea what he was planning to use it for.

A year since then. Using a "planner" tool for the first time in my life, he had been diligently writing down his gratitude for me every single day leading up to our 10th wedding anniversary a year later. 😢💖

For someone who isn't good at writing, the fact that he went out of his way to handwrite "thank you" notes to me for an entire year.
Because I knew how much effort that took,I truly shed tears.

And so, the "surprise showdown" for our 10th wedding anniversaryended with an overwhelming victory for my husband😌

The 10 years I hurt him so much

While we have truly deepened our bond now, in the early days of our marriage, I hurt my husband a lot due to my ego-driven behavior. 😢
Also, we both "projected" (a psychological term)our own parentsonto each other, and there were times when we had excessive expectations or reacted to each other more than necessary. 💦

However, through the process of both my husband and I "facing ourselves," we gradually became able to see "the person themselves" rather than "the person onto whom we projected our parents." 😌
Especially in the last three years, our partnership and the quality of our conversations have changed dramatically. ✨

In the midst of that, the "one gratitude per day" challenge my husband took on,
"No matter how annoyed I am with Yuki (lol),when I look for gratitude, there must be at least one thing I can be grateful for,"
it seems he started it not out of "projection," but precisely to"see Yuki herself."💖

When you fulfill yourself, your relationships change

The old me lived with an external focus,"I don't want to be disliked," "I have to meet expectations,"and I tended to leave my true feelings behind. In our marriage, there were times when I would unconsciously push myself even when he didn't ask me to (👈 this is important), or I would lash out with my own anxieties or try to get him to fill them for me. 💦

But from there, through planners and journaling, I began to thoroughly face myself. 😌

"What do I really want to do?" "What kind of life do I want to live?"
I unraveled my feelings one by one, andbecame my own best allyand was able to fulfill myself. 🥰

This "super surprise" gift from my husband is, of course, because he changed significantly as a result of facing himself, and he did something he would never have done before. 🌸
But more than that, I also feel it was a challenge he took on because I, who used to be"arrogant while being strangely considerate of others,"had changed. 😌

Honestly, 10 years ago, there was a part of me that was "expecting" a diamond ring for our 10th anniversary, even though I didn't really want one. 🤣
But when this moment actually arrived,
"the gratitude planner he wrote in without fail for a year"was a gift I couldn't have imagined being happier with. ✨

Finally

To everyone who participated in the 8/2 webinar, and to everyone who receives my posts daily.

The reason I am able to continue sharing like this is thanks to all of you who always warmly support me, my husband who supports me closest and pours such deep love into me, and my best friend who works hard with me on "facing ourselves." 🥰
Partnership, work, and human relationships.
Everything starts with"how you treat yourself first."🍀

Reaching the major milestone of 10 years of marriage, I have renewed my determination to deliver the wonder of this "planner technique for facing yourself/introspection" to many people who need it. 🌸

I will continue to share without lying to myself, with high-purity energy. 💖
Thank you so much for reading until the end. ✨
