In this article, we would like to introduce the MISSION of FEEL CONNECTION.

What is a MISSION?

First of all, what exactly is a "MISSION"? If you look it up in an English-Japanese dictionary, it is defined as follows.

<MISSION>
Mission, task, role, purpose, delegation, missionary work, evangelism

As the words mission and role suggest, a MISSION is what indicates

"why one exists in this world in the first place."

In other words, the MISSION at FEEL CONNECTION is what indicates
"why this company exists, what the colleagues who gather here value, and what kind of future we are aiming for as we move forward,"

and it is an important thing that members should be conscious of as they go about their daily work.

OUR MISSION

Our MISSION is
LET YOUR LIFE BE MORE BRILLIANT - Let's make everyone involved shine -
.

This expresses our desire to ensure that everyone FEEL CONNECTION and our employees interact with on a daily basis—including the customers who come to the studio for lessons, the partners and business associates we work with, and the colleagues we work alongside—is in a state of shining.

The expression "people shine" appears in this MISSION. We consider this state of "people shining" to be
a state where "every day is fun and filled with happiness, and one is the person they want to be or want to become,"
in other words, "a state where one's dreams are being realized."

And, as mentioned in the previous CEO MESSAGE,
"People are born and live to have some kind of influence on others."
" 'Bringing happiness to oneself and those around oneself in any environment' is more valuable to one's life than attaining any high status or becoming so rich that there is nothing one cannot buy."

That is precisely why, for the colleagues who gather here at FEEL CONNECTION,

"It doesn't matter how small it is. Since you have been gifted this life, try to expand your potential so that you can have a positive influence. Even if it's just once, try to act for the sake of someone else. Act to make people shine."

We want you to work and act with this spirit. And we want you to contribute to making this company, our colleagues, and all the people involved, including the many customers we serve, reach a state where they are realizing their dreams—in other words, to help them make their lives shine.

Based on this desire of our representative, Hashimoto,
our MISSION as our reason for existence was created,
and it serves as a guideline for everyone.

"By believing in one's own actions and potential, and by acting for the sake of someone else, to make both oneself and everyone one interacts with shine"
is what we believe is the meaning of our existence and the reason we have gathered here.

Our MISSION, "LET YOUR LIFE BE MORE BRILLIANT," can be seen in all sorts of places, such as:
・The back of the membership card held by all customers
・The interior of the studios you visit for lessons
・The designs of the apparel we develop
・The labels on the mineral water you can purchase at our locations
We hope that by learning about the thoughts behind it in this article, your perspective will change when you see our MISSION.

To fulfill our MISSION

The colleagues who gather at FEEL CONNECTION keep this MISSION in their hearts as they engage in daily lessons, various tasks at the studios, administrative work at headquarters, and event planning.

As we work daily on actions to fulfill our MISSION, we believe that in order to make everyone involved shine, we must first be shining ourselves.

So, what is important to be in a state where you yourself are shining?
The keyword is the 5 elements, which are five types of power.

We continue to refine ourselves so that we can enhance these five powers of the 5 elements every day, and in the next article, I would like to introduce what these five elements, the "5 elements," actually are.
