"Suddenly, Yo-chan and Grandma wanted to see each other.
They both left their homes at the same time.
However, they passed each other many times and couldn't quite meet.
It's a story about a girl who loves her grandma, and a grandma who thinks her granddaughter is just too cute!
It's a picture book that makes you realize how powerful it is to think of someone else."

"One day, Yo-chan suddenly wanted to see her grandma.
Yo-chan, who lives on a hill, gets on a bus and sets off.
At that time, Grandma also suddenly wants to see Yo-chan.
Grandma, who lives on a mountain, sets off by train.
'Oh, this grandma is just like my grandma.'
You might even hear someone say that."

"The red roof on the hill is Yo-chan's house.
Yo-chan's grandma lives on the mountain.
It's a house with an orange roof.
One day, Yo-chan suddenly wanted to see her grandma.
So she set off right away.
However, that grandma also suddenly wanted to see Yo-chan
and set off eagerly.
Yo-chan by bus,
Grandma by train,
Grandma to Yo-chan's house,
Yo-chan to Grandma's house"

Train and bus,
kick scooter and motorcycle.
The contrast between the two vehicles is vivid.
I love the expressions of the two who just can't seem to meet.
The horizontal spread pages are composed very skillfully.

Born in January 1955, I
