To You ~No. 2~
If you have experienced a farewell...
Whether that subject is
a "person,"
a "thing,"
or an "event,"
there might be some
"regret"
within you.
Whether it is
the first meeting,
or the final conversation,
something you did,
or something you let pass by without doing,
I do not know what it is.
However,
regarding that subject,
I am sure
that as much as you could think of,
as much as you were able to,
you faced it with all your might.
Before you knew it,
the day that should have 24 hours
passed in the blink of an eye,
and the month that should have 30 days
was spent on things other than yourself...
Even while struggling with physical and mental fatigue,
I know that you spent your time
that way.
Even so,
you, who are earnest and have a strong sense of justice,
must be feeling
a sense of "regret."
"Regret" means
to lament past choices or events
as having been not good.
To me, you are
someone who has faced that subject properly,
enough to feel regret.
To the extent that you regret it,
it is being taken seriously.
That is what I think.
That is precisely why,
your past choices and events,
because you at that time
thought hard about
what you could do at that time
and did your very bestI do not think you need to regret them.
Even so,
your feelings
won't clear up right away, will they?
I think that is true.
However, even so,
the fact that you
“pushed yourself to the limit”
and kept moving forward is something that
I want you yourself to properly
acknowledge.
I want you to praise yourself for it.
Please,
without saying things like 'I haven't done anything that great',
please
be kind to yourself.
If that is still difficult,
please remember me,
who thinks that way.
I am watching over you from afar.
You may have forgotten,
but you are a wonderful person.
I hope this
is of some help to you.
